Unfortunately, today was a day where my bus had gotten lodged between a hill. The entirety of this incident, I had been completely frustrated because I knew that something like this would impede on my schedule for the day. I knew that something like this would take the entire day.
No sooner than I got off the phone with Pro-Tow, a truck pulls up an hour later. 60 Minutes just as the dispatcher said. Nothing more or less. Wamon and Brian were the operators for the towing service requested through my company and their experience within their field of work showed. ZERO Damage, ZERO Injury, and overall exceptional service completed within 30min or less. I didn't expect it to be that quick with absolutely no damage to the vehicle.
Now being completely honest, I had it in mind that I would be sitting for at least 3 hours minimum because that's typically how long a service like this would take on average given the magnitude of my vehicles; however, this was not the case. The response time, the service time, and the overall capability to get in and out in record time with absolutely no damage is mind-blowingly incredible.
Highly recommend. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would select it.
We had our 26k box truck towed in late on Saturday night. Rob Rhodes was our tow operator. We never had to worry about our fully loaded truck at all. He was very professional and kept us informed through the whole trip, which ended at 3am. Thank you Rob.

Got a tow from Brian who was extremely professional and kind. My Volvo tractor had a transmission issue and he got me out of the weeds and back to the yard safely. Hooked me up and got me out of there in record time and had some great banter on the ride back as well. A+ service and quick!!

This company is crooks I had them tow my semi they showed up 2 1/2 hours after they said they would be there and after they got me to my destination they tried to double the rate and said if I can't pay they were taking my semi we agreed on 5404 dollars for the tow and they raised it to almost 11,000. After I argued about the price that we had a agreed price. after a while they stuck to the agreement

Protow saved us today. We got a 80,000lb forklift buried in our yard, they were onsite within an hour of us calling for help. This is the first time we've used them and I was truly impressed with thier professionalism, the guys were very knowledgeable and just great to work with. In 13 years or so, this is my first time having a load shift on me, caused by the shipper using a rotted pallet. Thankfully, it doesn't appear that any of the freight was lost, but they sent two great guys out, Brody and Trenton. These two guys worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to break down and restack the pallet, wrap it and secure it properly. These folks are definitely a must call if you find yourself in a tricky situation. Keep up the good work folks. Very appreciative of your knowledge and help to make quick work of the situation.

Rob showed up in a timely manner. My driver forgot to leave the keys so Rob called me and I told him I could bring him a set. He said ok and patiently waited for me to bring him the keys. His customer service was above and beyond and he got our bus safely towed. Thank you for everything Rob!
Called them for a heavy tow of a 53 foot trailer with seized brakes. They arrived quickly - sooner than the ETA they provided - and did exactly as requested. There were some complications at the destination (100% not their fault), but they called back for further instruction, and then took care of it with no issues. Great guys!
