Brian & Matt are 2 awesome guys! Very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely talented at what they do. I was a sitting duck on Hwy 18 W. The tow was smooth and easy to their yard for repairs
We were in an emergency situation and Pro Tow completely took advantage of it. They charged us $50,000 for a ditch pull, and during the recovery they bent/damaged the frame of our truck — which is not a small issue, that’s major damage that can affect the safety and value of the entire unit.
Then, as if that wasn’t enough, they demanded an additional $10,000 upfront before proceeding any further, basically putting us in a position where we had no choice but to pay.
This isn’t towing — it’s predatory business behavior. They target companies when they’re stranded and desperate, then push outrageous charges knowing most people can’t fight it in the moment.
I strongly recommend anyone reading this to get pricing in writing, record everything, and if possible call literally anyone else. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in business.
Matt did an amazing job at quickly fixing our busted door on our box truck. Pro Tow was in constant communication with us and were extremely easy to deal with. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The winch out and service was great, the pricing for simple jobs leaves a lot to be desired. Point A to B towing is reasonable, twenty feet of winching is not.
My heavy flatbed company truck was stuck deep in mud and Pro-Tow came to the rescue! Specifically, the driver, Wamon, arrived in a suitably large tow truck to yank out a laden flatbed weighing in around 20,000 lbs. He employed a couple different strategies and communicated clearly with me the entire time. He was diligent and safe, and at no time did I feel like the effort would be unsuccessful.
After pulling a bonehead move and getting my box truck stuck, hi centered, Pro Tow came out and freed me from my predicament in a very fast and timely manner Brian provided very professional and courteous service
Matt showed up for my driver Donald at Genesis. He was quick and most of all kind. Donald had been sitting in a parking lot in Fife for hours. Once Matt was on scene he got everything hooked up and they were in tow in no time. Matt communication with my driver was also amazing especially when you have been sitting with no communication from any one for hours. ProTow is again showing up and showing out! Thanks again!!!
Unfortunately, today was a day where my bus had gotten lodged between a hill. The entirety of this incident, I had been completely frustrated because I knew that something like this would impede on my schedule for the day. I knew that something like this would take the entire day.
No sooner than I got off the phone with Pro-Tow, a truck pulls up an hour later. 60 Minutes just as the dispatcher said. Nothing more or less. Wamon and Brian were the operators for the towing service requested through my company and their experience within their field of work showed. ZERO Damage, ZERO Injury, and overall exceptional service completed within 30min or less. I didn't expect it to be that quick with absolutely no damage to the vehicle.
Now being completely honest, I had it in mind that I would be sitting for at least 3 hours minimum because that's typically how long a service like this would take on average given the magnitude of my vehicles; however, this was not the case. The response time, the service time, and the overall capability to get in and out in record time with absolutely no damage is mind-blowingly incredible.
Highly recommend. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would select it.
We had our 26k box truck towed in late on Saturday night. Rob Rhodes was our tow operator. We never had to worry about our fully loaded truck at all. He was very professional and kept us informed through the whole trip, which ended at 3am. Thank you Rob.

This company is crooks I had them tow my semi they showed up 2 1/2 hours after they said they would be there and after they got me to my destination they tried to double the rate and said if I can't pay they were taking my semi we agreed on 5404 dollars for the tow and they raised it to almost 11,000. After I argued about the price that we had a agreed price. after a while they stuck to the agreement This company likes to take a stressful situation and make it worse by trying to up the changes at the end USE THIS COMPANY AND BE BE PAID TO GET SCREWED AT THE END!!!!!

Our Sprinter van's electronics died and we were stuck in an RV lot on a ski resort mountain during a blizzard. Brett Saliveros arrived and surveyed the situ. He used his vast experience to find a creative approach to get us unstuck. He literally SAVED us; it was a tricky situation that few equipment and/or tow drivers could handle. Thank goodness he had the experience and the right truck to get the job done. It was expensive but worth it. We made it to the service center just prior to closing. So glad we called PRO-TOW of Auburn to do this job!!
