Auburn Valley Towing has been absolutely incredible to work with. Recently I have had the need to call on Auburn Valley Towing for several towing needs. I have met 4 of the drivers, all of which are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of Washington State law. They have all been extremely careful with the vehicles as to not damage them, and they do document every step of their process. At times they work in very intense situations, as they have in my community, and always remain calm and professional. Auburn Valley Towing is absolutely the Towing company I recommend.
I was visiting a friend at 51 PL NE, Auburn, WA on Friday 4/4/25 around 8pm. I parked my vehicle at a parking spot clearly marked as a designated Guest Parking.
When I was leaving around 9.30pm I found a green WARNING/AVISO towing sticker plastered on my drivers side window. I was perfectly parked and not violating any violations listed on the sticker. None of the violations boxes were ticked. The warning sticker was not filled out, dated, or signed by the towing driver.
While I was figuring out with my friend why I had a warning sticker on my vehicle, there was a man with little white dog talking to a woman across the street in one of the townhouses. He seemed to be aware of what was going on because he kept looking at us suspiciously.
Anyway, when I was on my way out of the townhouse complex, I see a Valley Towing tow truck at the intersection and the driver was talking to the man with the little white dog I had seen earlier.
When they saw me, the tow truck driver started driving off because I was waving at him. The guy with the little white dog also walked away.
I wanted to ask the tow truck driver why there was a warning sticker slapped on my vehicle which was correctly parked at a Guest parking spot.
Watch out there charging a single mom with 6 kids $4000 for a car she has not owned for over a year evil people and liers saying the bill of sell was incomplete and and done way before the accident happened and they know this but still trying to suspend my license so me and my kids will be homeless cause my work depends on my license. They were rude and have no compassion that this car did not belong to me even know they have the name of the person I sold it to it’s on the bill of sale that I paid $10 for. But like he said money is more important then going after the right guilty person.
I have a 2025 BMW M4 that needed to be recovered off of a busy highway. Chris from Auburn Valley Towing showed up promptly for the recovery. He was very quick and very thorough as to not damage the vehicle. Phenomenal job. Absolutely recommend Chris and Auburn Valley Towing!!

I bought one of my dream cars in Auburn Washington. I needed it brought to the port for shipping to Alaska. A quick Google search led me to Auburn Valley Towing. I read their reviews and saw how long they have been in business. Those two factors made me feel comfortable with using them to haul my car. Sebastian answered the phone. After explaining the complications involved with towing this car, and how important it was to me that it not get damaged, Sebastian assured me that he would handle the tow himself. It was obvious that he had a ton of experience and clear that he understood my concerns because I couldn’t be there to watch it get loaded. I was kept informed of where he was in the tow process, and had no stress with Sebastian handling this. In a mix up on my part, I gave Sebastian the wrong drop off address. I was stuck in a meeting and could not answer his calls. Knowing he had a packed schedule, I expected him to be fully pissed off when I called him back, as the car has been stuck on the back of his truck. He handled the situation in the most professional manner. He had figured out where the car needed to be dropped off, and was pulling in by the time I called him back. For the way this was handled, I feel that it was important for me to relay the kind of team Auburn Valley Towing has and how Sebastian is an integral part of that team. I stress about others handling my car. I had absolutely no stress with Sebastian/Auburn Valley Towing handling the job. 10/10 Will be using them in the future!
Had a great experience with Auburn Valley Towing! Called on a Sunday and phone was answered within seconds. Sebastian was super friendly and able to give me a quote for my tow. After calling a few other places to get quotes, decided to move forward with Auburn Valley. Within 20 minutes, a driver was sent to my location. Steve is a breath of fresh air! Very jovial and his energy helped to relieve the stress that comes from getting your car towed. My car was brought from point a to point b without any hiccups. Great customer service. Would definitely use again. Do note that Sunday and after hour tows will warrant a higher quote versus weekday during business hours.
Chris came to our rescue within MINUTES of calling late one night! We were stuck in a drive through at a fast food restaurant (NOT a great place to have your vehicle die on you!!). Chris was there within 10 mins of me calling! He was very fast, efficient and kind. And he was very sweet to my little granddaughter. Thank you! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I was in quite the predicament. Called them, showed up in about 20 minutes. I had a 26ft box truck fully loaded stuck 100ft off road in the mud. Worked safely and cautiously to get unstuck and roadside. Easy, fast, friendly and efficient. I would call them again in a second. Great service, great price. 5 Stars all day!
I'm a cynic down to the bone so it takes extraordinary action to change my perspective. For this reason I find it fulfilling to praise driver Chris for both his invaluable intuitions and for his helpfulness with relocating my work-in-process project truck. He'd helped me move the vehicle once before and while we were getting started asked if I had the wheel dollies he recalled that we'd used during the previous move over a year ago. Moving the vehicle without the dollies would have been an order of magnitude more difficult and time consuming. His remembering allowed us time to have them brought to us before the rest of the move crew arrived. Smart! That and his genuine helpfulness with getting all of the other bits and pieces associated with the move made the process soooo much smoother. Will definitely ask for Chris again if I need a vehicle moved.
Needed a tow from a very low ceiling parking garage & Kyle was awesome, he showed up on time, was able to hook up my car quickly & down 3 levels we went. He was also able to return my car to my parking spot at a weird angel on the first try. I appreciate all he did to make the frustrating situation painless.

Needed a 2nd tow for my broken car!! Called Valley again since they were so great the first time. This time Chris showed up on time, was able to hook everything up & off to the shop we went. I was planning to walk back from the shop to my home since it was only a mile away, but when I asked Chris if he could possibly drop me off even 1/2 way home (I didn't want him to have to go out of his way or get in trouble), he assured me he could take me all the way home, which I greatly appreciated especially since it looked like it could start raining any time. I appreciate all he did to make the continued frustrating situation painless.
Valley Towing has come to my rescue yet again. 5 star service. One call to Steve and again my mind was at ease. Young man by the name of Trey had great communication with me. Called me 5 minutes after I hung up with Steve to give me an ETA of 30 minutes. And then again at 25 minutes to tell me he was 5 minutes out. So polite and knowledgeable of his job. Handled my vehicle with such care. Thank you Steve and Trey. And remember folks when you see a Tow Truck driver slow down and give them the respect that they so deserve as a first responder. They are out there to help you.
Our truck lost its water pump about a mile from the Eatonville alder lake cut-off road on highway 7. Our insurance company couldn't find a tow truck company to come and get us with our truck camper on the truck. Most wouldn't tow it with the camper. Others couldn't make it until the next day.
A friend told us to call Auburn Valley Towing. Sébastien picked up on the third ring. Took some info. And said he would be there in 2 hrs.
Now remember, an f350 crew cab and a 10' truck camper is pushing 12,000 lbs.
He showed up in less than 2 hrs with a class 5 tow truck. Thank god for common sense on that. Was very professional. Drop my driveline to prevent damage to the transmission. It was cheaper than replacing it, IF it got damaged.
The ride home with him was a pleasure. He pulled over a couple miles in to do a check on his tow, made me very comfortable that my hard earned money was in good hands.
Made it home in a very safe and timely manner.
Auburn Valley Towing is now in my contacts. If I ever need a tow, I will be more than happy to pay the little bit of extra for the service and professionalism.

Unbelievably honest and very friendly staff.
Went to them as a first time public auction participant. I inquired about a car I was watching online. With openness by the two men in office, I was told the car was only good for parts and wasn't anywhere near drivable. Saved me a BIG mistake I couldn't afford to make. They are the only auction I've found near to leave up their prices from previous winners too. Love the transparency. Will definately be going back and telling everyone this is the place to go. These guys are truly top notch and take pride in what they do. More specifically, Sebastian. While he is a fellow Veteran, he took the time to check/test my battery and give a little helpful insight on my Jeep. Broke down at the algona dump Saturday called around and Auburn Valley Towing was the best and fastest choice. They showed up after 10 minutes but gave a 25 minute ETA. So thankful for Chris and the team at Auburn Valley Towing. He came out and rescued me at Pacific Raceways when my car broke down and got me home in Tacoma. He was amazing and took great care unloading my car so my front lip didn't get damaged. I 100% recommend this company!

Have a steep drive that no other towing company would go down to get a vehicle. They came to picked up my sister's car out of the garage that has a narrow incline drive down to it. Cable wasn't long enough so Sebastian added four towing straps. Once the car was up on truck bed I told him to barrel it up the steep drive hill when no traffic so he wouldn't get stuck. That worked. Thanks Sebastian.
I had my car towed in to the tow yard after collision. Then were very fast as accident was close to wreck . They were very helpful with personal advise as insurance system.
Awesome service. Fast and friendly. I needed help with tire damage on a Tesla and Auburn Valley Towing was there much faster than Telsa Roadside assist projected. Their representative, Kyle, was the utmost professional. Fast, friendly, efficient, and made sure that we were safe and that he had done all that he could do to assist us before he departed. Best experience I have had with a Towing company in a very long time. Great folks!
