I was stuck in Auburn WA at night and AAA was taking hours to show up despite me having its membership. Sergey showed up in 15 mins and soon I was on my way home. Smooth service overall
I used Sky Tow in Auburn for a 9-mile tow and was charged $340. This price is far above the industry average, even for a Sprinter van. I wasn’t given a clear quote before the tow, and no detailed breakdown was provided afterward.
I hope the company can be more transparent with pricing in the future. A partial refund would be appreciated, or at least better communication next time.

I’m not asking for a refund anymore—maybe the price I paid was actually the correct rate. I just hope the shop can reply to this review with a public breakdown of the charges. That way, others can understand the cost more clearly and make informed decisions if they ever end up in a similar situation.
I’ve seen that the owner replies kindly to positive reviews, so I’m hoping for the same here—something simple and transparent to help the next person who comes across this.
If you’re ever in a towing situation, I really recommend asking for the full price before they hook your car—or confirming it over the phone. It’s a small step that could save you from a surprise later.

Absolutely the best service! My car wasn’t ready yet so the driver took the keys and waited with my car, and just took care of everything which was awesome cus I had my kids with me.Didn’t charge me extra and was the best price!Thank you again
Very Fast Service and price was lower than I expected.... Arrived in 20 as said and 15 to my house and our damaged car was home at least... Cheaper than picking it up from an impound lot lol
I recommend this towing company! Very nice driver! I called around and he was able to come the fastest. Price is a bit less than other towing companies. For me it was more important to get home quicker than the cheapest price.
I had a blow out on the way to work at 1130pm. After dealing with the roadside delays, sky towing was finally chosen by them to come help me out. The driver was awesome and personable. Thank you again.
Great Service they came to change my tire, but weren’t able to and made it very easy to change my tire change into a tow and got my car safely home in minutes
My driver Andre, did an excellent job picking my vehicle up and delivering to the shop for me. Although I didn’t specify my vehicles ride was lowered, Andre was certain he can load my vehicle safely without damaging the front bumper or rear end. As far as pricing for sky tow it was the lowest of the 5 companies I called in auburn, although the total trip distance was 3.0 miles, the other companies quoted me ~250 more than what I was quoted from Sky Tow.
I recommend Sky Tow without hesitation. The driver was courteous and friendly. They were prompt, from the time I called them until he showed up it was about 30 minutes, not bad for a Memorial weekend call at 5:30am. The tow was about 100 miles from pick up location to drop off. The price was reasonable. Great job.
Thanks to Auburn SkyTow for being very professional. I was beyond stressed and i called and spoke to someone and was given a time they could meet me to have my car towed home that worked for me and the price was the lowest price quoted and after my car was towed to my home the price they quoted me was the price i paid. Again thank you.
The mess first started when I was quoted through all state for $70 after my benefits are expended. I then got a call saying they would charge $100 more for a different tow truck. With no other options, I had to go through with this company. The headache didn’t end after the tow though, I requested a receipt as I paid with cash and needed for insurance purposes. He then informed me that he didn’t have a receipt printer or pen to write a receipt. What company doesn’t offer a receipt for a tow???? He then told me he would text me as that is the option “most nice people” do to get a receipt. Over one whole week I requested a receipt and through the first half he responded. Then stopped responding altogether. Allstate had to email this company and they didn’t get a response either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Sergio (driver) was very professional, got to me 30 minutes earlier than insurance company said he would arrive, good thing because I was stranded! His tow truck was really nice. I will always use this towing service, driver took the bummer out of the situation, turned it instead to an easy breezy experience! 5*

My seized on West Vally Highway on a Saturday afternoon and I was pretty nervous about what to do. My son suggested I call for a tow. Brilliant idea! Sergei was there in less than 20 minutes. He was efficient and friendly, I was relieved and grateful. Thank you.
Quick and timely service. 90 dollars cheaper then other towing companies in the auburn area. Everyone else quoted 230-250 to tow my car a half mile to a repair shop and these guys offered to do it for 160. Driver was exceptionally friendly.
Highly recommend this company if you’re in a tight Jam and need a tow very very professional was out to my location within 30 mins and parked my truck in a difficult spot with no problem !! Made a difficult situation into a breeze thank you guys so much
Quick professional service! 10 min between call and service. $85 for a dead battery jump. The other tow company wanted $200. Learned my lesson and bought a jump box.
Absolutely loved theses ppl, was quoted a great price to move my container. I was given updated information on the days events and times, I was even sent a pic of my container on the truck ready to haul... Driver was great had a request for positioning and he got it done in 15 mins... Great stuff, then it turned out we knew some of his family after chatting for a few and had done business together.. Small world, will definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

Best tow company my family and/or I have used. Showed up within a half hr to a gas station I didn't have the address to. Driver was very polite and professional. Wasn't over the top expensive. We got cards for any future towing. Would highly recommend them for auburn enumclaw area.

Excellent service. Timing belt came loose and found this place through google search. I forgot to ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me. He was very kind and efficient. Extremely easy to work with. I am pleased and I am thankful. For the tow to my house along with giving me a ride I am beyond thankful.
