Had car issues at night. Called a couple towing companies. Ramiro Towing picked up right away. Not only that but they were able to get to us within 35 mins. When he arrived he was curteous, understanding, and helped make a stressful situation less so.
Cracked my bumper and ruined my brakes then refused to take any accountability and wouldn’t even compromise on the price now im left with extra damages. Told us he could tow my car using boards yet waited until the bumper cracked to do so. As for brakes he told us to put the e brake up which you’re not supposed to do when towing a car but since he did a new dash board light showed up causing me do have to fix parking break assembly . To top it all off very unprofessional. When I brought up the bumper he started yelling in my face. If you do anything DO NOT hire this company.
