Great group of people, I had to change out the relay fuse and it was more complicated than I anticipated and required more tools than I was prepared for but the guys at NAPA had my back letting me use their shop tools to get er done. I might not have made it home using the wire I Jerry rigged in place of the fuze to get there😅 mad props. Thanks guys.
My daughter came in to buy some coolant and some other things. She said an older employee was very rude to her to the point that she put the stuff on the floor and walked out crying (she has anxiety and depression). Never going there again, nor will she. We'll drive the extra 20 minutes and go to Wal-Mart.
They had what I was after, but the banter amongst the employees was more than I want to deal with. Listening to the old guy belittle and berate the younger employee was helping me was simply off-putting, so much so that I've decided not to support that business because of it.
These guys are ALWAYS on the spot and helpful whenever I go in there. A bit ago, I was looking for a particular part and they didnt have it. They found it for me, without asking, at another store from a different company. Truly good service.
We ordered cables that were supposed to be in on the morning of the 22nd today’s the 23rd get there and find out they were not ever ordered, And the only thing they can tell me is it they can re-order them. How can you re-order something that you never ordered in the first place. This is the fourth time I have ordered parts that didn’t come in on time or show up at all. What’s the point in taking a customers phone number when you’re not even going to call them to let them know that things didn’t work out as planned. Although we try to keep our business local, we will not be coming back to this establishment, And will let as many people know in as many ways possible How disappointed we are in Napa
Great customer service! I was looking for the right battery to run a piece of beekeeping equipment and the guy helping me really took the time to understand the problem and offer a perfect solution. The battery worked great, was the right balance of lightweight yet powerful, and I didn't even light any bees on fire. Yay!
Knowing nothing about parts, a friend and I went into NAPA in Montesano to buy a couple things and were helped by Josh, he was fast at getting the parts we needed and extremely knowledgeable! He didn’t make us feel stupid for not knowing what we were looking for. I highly recommend asking for josh to help you with all your questions and needs. Great with knowledge and makes you feel welcomed!(:
friendly customer service . great return policy on there quality line of parts and tools. but u definitely pay for it. prices are time and a half times the leading competitors...quality vs quantity i guess.
They're okay in a desperate pinch but the quality and selection at this branch is poor. I don't know how many times this place didn't have something that other stores did. Also they are overpriced and usually your only choice is the Napa brand product at their store but others have the full range of name brands.
