Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Very relaxing! Love this place and we will be back!

Restful and cozy. Hygge even! Cabins and their kitchens are well appointed. It's very nice that they provide endless high quality firewood. A few good hot tubs or saunas would push this place closer to 5 stars.

This is the 5th year in a row we have stayed in cabin 24. We always enjoy our time here. However, this time I have 2 issues. The WIFI was very spotty and we had a mouse living behind the fridge..woke up to mouse droppings on the counter every morning we were there. Overall this is a great place to relax.

So we didn't actually go to the resort there, but at that time about having the past and never got too give it a rating yesterday. We were there for the reason of going on the trails and looking for mushrooms. The area was beautiful and the people we talked to were real

What a darling beach resort. Had a very cozy weekend there. Appreciated the general store and vast DVD library.

Spent 4 days in August at this wonderful beachfront resort. We were there with another couple and there 2 boys…we each had our own cabin. The resort was well maintained, the service was excellent, the cabins were clean and well appointed. ||We stayed in cabin 2 which is right near the office/resort store (but not too close). Essentially a studio where the bedroom is more of a nook, but the living/dining/kitchen were quite large. That space had seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 6. The kitchenette was compact but had a full sized fridge, range & microwave plus an apartment sized dishwasher, which was wonderful to have. Quite a bit of storage and countertops for a small kitchen. There was a propane BBQ on the deck. Great views of the creek and the ocean from the living room and deck. Free wood is provided for the wood stoves in each cabin. One comment is that the cabins do not have AC. Opening windows does create quite good airflow with the ocean breezes but would suggest folks bring fans if staying in August.||There is access to the beach via a trail on the other side of the office. We did some great beach combing and playing in the surf. The resort has a substantial wooded trail system. Close to the village of Seabrook, town of Copalis Beach, and Ocean Shores. The small resort store is quite well stocked for the size. But there is a relatively large grocery store in Seabrook and another small store in Copalis Beach which is pretty well stocked with essentials. Both are less than 10 minutes from the resort.||Had a marvelous time and would definitely stay again. We did try to book for next August and the dates we wanted were not available…they book up fast. We are looking at a possible winter trip to see the difference and do some storm watching. Highly recommend!

We have been here before in a shared cabin with extended family, and loved it. This time we have a private cabin for ourselves and the dog, in celebration of our transition into retirement. There couldn't be a more perfect place to unwind from a long week, or a long career! It is picturesque, quiet, and rustically luxurious.

We have been here twice over a two year period. Relaxing for sure, scenic views of the ocean. Beds are comfortable. Very clean and tidy. They do a great job with all the details of home.

Beautiful ocean views from our cabin. Well equipped kitchen. The fireplace was very cozy and the woodbox was magically kept full. Just a short trail to the beach. We love going to Iron Springs! Best resort in the area!

This is a great spot, especially if you have a dog. We wanted a secluded spot, not too crowded, close to the coast, and it was great. Even in the coastal rain, we enjoyed the trails and the beach access. The cabin was great: clean, well appointed with the basics including firewood which was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the retreat and the pup had an awesome time!

Amazing! This place is truly phenomenal! The cabins are all different and each has their own unique charm. All cabins are nestled on a cliff above Copalis beach and the views are to die for. We have stayed here on 3 occasions and I can't wait to come back. Currently living I. San Diego but have been contemplating a trip just to go here. If you want some serious R&R and escape, this is the place to go, there's nothing quite like sitting in front of the fire looking out the cabin windows at the trees and the sea in peace and serenity.

We love Iron Springs Resort! Including our furry family! Cabins are perfect and fully stocked with everything you need! The beach is wonderful, mostly private so dogs can be dogs.

We starting coming to this resort about 5 years ago and after our first visit we knew that we wanted it to be a family tradition. We love the location, every cabin we've stayed in and the private access to the beach. We love this place and coming here is always the highlight of our families summer.

So many beach rentals on the Washington coast are just plain dumpy, so this gem stands out. The spacious, comfy, modern, and thoughtfully appointed cabins are a joy to spend time in, and the location with its lagoon that’s fun for exploring and its dramatic and ever-changing ocean view is an added delight. Our dog is also grateful for how dog friendly the property is, and for the opportunity to meet many canine friends. While it’s a bit of a trek from this location to find a good restaurant meal or to stock up at a grocery store, never fear because the little shop here has numerous provisions, including chilled beverages, ice, snacks, and frozen meals. We even discovered for the first time that they carry a ready to bake tray of the original innkeeper’s cinnamon rolls, which were absolutely delicious. We’ve been coming here for about 20 years, and we hope to be back many more times.

We recently spent a few days at the RV park and off roading. The trails were right out of the park which was extremely convenient. The site was easy to get into with room to spare. Campground was quiet at night time. It was well taken care of

Iron Springs Resort exceeded our expectations. Our room boasted a stunning ocean view and was conveniently close to clam digging spots. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the on-site store stocked everything we required. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience.

Greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful and cheerful. Stayed in cabin 4 for four days. Huge stone wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable big bed, high quality linens, nice deck, exceptional view, direct access to the beach and can listen to the ocean day and night. I was super impressed how dog friendly the resort is. They provide dog bowls, dog towels, doggie bag stations, and a free ball! Love the store. Has high quality choice of foods and snacks. I’ll definitely be back!!

Great vacation spot. My family has been coming here since the 60s and came out annually. Each cabin has a great view of Copalis Beach and early in the morning when the tide is low you can walk out close to the rock formation way off in the distance. I remember coming here when there was a pool which is now a grassy knoll at the entrance. You have to make reservations because the cabins fill up throughout the year. It’s in a great location not too far from Ocean Shores and Hoquiam/Aberdeen.

This place is perfectly perfect! I am so thrilled to have found this resort and managed to book cabin 15. Our biggest regret is not staying longer. The photos do not do the space justice. It is such a beautiful cozy cabin, that is excellently cleaned and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, always had wood for the fire, and the view is unbeatable. We had an eagle land right in front of us one night and we could always hear the sounds of the waves. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. We loved every minute and hope to make this a yearly trip as a family. My husband, toddler, infant, and I all had plenty of space in this cabin.

We stayed in cabin 28. As advertised there was no wifi, no TV, very poor cell service. Just a quiet, comfortable, clean cabin with a million dollar cliffside view where the rainforest meets the Pacific Ocean. Friendly, efficient staff. Reviews we read advised bringing all your groceries, but we found the resort store well stocked with essential grocery items. We loved our short stay here!

We just got back from our stay at Iron Springs. What a wonderful experience!! This was our first trip to the Northwest, so we weren’t sure if we were doing it right. We used Iron Springs as our base for exploring Olympic National Park. Well, we couldn’t have asked for a better location or base camp. The cabin was large, with every amenity you could possibly want. The view was incredible; we slept every night with the bedroom window open and listened to the ocean. Laundry was convenient and free! We hope to be back; we loved everything about Iron Springs….and fell in love with Washington. The picture is the view from our main room.

This is our 5th year spending a few days here over Thanksgiving. Every cabin has been excellent, each with different ocean views. Wood for the fireplace (or wood stove) is delivered daily. Each cabin is immaculate yet homey. The kitchens are very well stocked with utensils & if you forget some small item (like honey or need more wine) the little store at the office likely has it. Our dogs like it here, too. We have reserved again next year….it is worth the six hour drive.

Love this place! The cabins are roomy and well-stocked. Iron Springs Resort will give you wood and matches for free, and each cabin comes with a fireplace (since it gets a bit cold in the cabins in the winter, it’s perfect!) The beach is also beautiful. It’s long enough to go for a good walk but sandy enough to play on. You can also drive on the sand nearby which is definitely an experience! Overall, 10/10. I especially like being able to see the stars at night, and the front desk was super helpful. Word of warning: There’s very little service so make sure to tie up loose ends before going to Iron Springs or feel free to use the landline in the cabins :)

We go at least once a year for the past few years. The cabins are lovely and well stocked. The booking is expensive and they're busy, but there's a reason for that. The views are incredible and there are great walks just a short distance from the cabins.

No matter what time of year you go, it's a beautiful escape. Extremely peaceful, serene, and family and dog welcome. I have 2 dogs and they had the best time. Everything you need for them to feel welcome is provided. Excellent movie selection and plenty of firewood provided. My only complaint is that cars are allowed to drive on the beach. Not only does it disturb the beautiful nature, but you have to be careful about children and dogs.

Beautiful location. The cabins are comfortable and clean. The beds are especially comfy. The full kitchen worked very well and we grilled on the back deck overlooking the Pacific ocean listening to the surf. We walked to the beach each day and our grandchildren loves splashing in the cold water and playing in the sand.

Finally getting around to this review even though my visit was last fall, but obviously I’m still dreaming of it… there’s no place quite like this, with the combination of privacy/quiet but not feeling too remote; views of this part of the NW coast with its tall rocky bluffs but also easy and private access to the beach; and luxe yet rustic cabins.||||I chose cabin 14 because I liked that the bedroom isn’t a completely closed off room, and is open to all of the corner windows and the view, and the fantastic rock fireplace in the center of the cabin. I think 14 is the priciest cabin but is well worth it. The style is mid-century modern-ish, with sloping wood ceiling angled toward the ocean views and a skylight in the kitchen/dining area. If you get a good rain while you are there, and chances are decent, you can hear it pattering on the roof, very peaceful! ||||The kitchen is nicely stocked with all of the tools you need, and bonus a quiet dishwasher. The guest binder on the living room table is very helpful with lots of info on places to visit and eat in the area, and I think something like 14 pages! listing all of the DVD’s you can borrow from the office, a great selection sorted by genre. It’s also fun looking through the past guestbooks and reading how other guests have spent their time here.||||Don’t bother overpacking as clothing storage is minimal, no closet or drawers in the bedroom, just one shelf/bench and some hanging hooks; plus some more hanging hooks over the bench near the front door. A nice touch in the bathroom is that the shower has dual heads on opposite ends – so a couple can shower at the same time if you want, or if not, you can still have your own ‘end’ of the shower to store your personal bath stuff.||||Wifi is a bit spotty and not fast, but likely you didn’t come here for that. There is a decent selection of channels on cable. Don’t miss the cinnamon rolls that you can pick up in the office, or also can order ahead of time to have them waiting in the freezer for you... some of the best cinnamon rolls ever. The daily maintenance staff is very unobtrusive, but every day you have stocked firewood and garbage/recycling checked.||||A stay at Iron Springs had been on my bucket list since I’d seen online how they remodeled a few years back, and I’m so happy I had the chance to visit!

Wonderful, restorative, peaceful, lovely venue! My 3 sisters and I spent an extended weekend at Iron Springs and loved every minute of it. The True family has done an excellent job of renovating and maintaining the cabins, so you get the rustic feel with all of the creature comforts included. Family and pet friendly, fully equipped kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, comfy beds and furniture, free movies you can borrow from the office-general store... All cabins have views of Copalis Beach and ocean sunsets. Well-marked trails for hiking and exploring. Unlimited, uncrowded beach access... I can't think of a better place to get away from the rat race, unwind, breathe in fresh air, take walks, enjoy the sites and sounds of nature... and return home, rested, renewed to plan your next visit to this wonderland. Everyone we encountered was friendly and grateful to be there. I met one woman who has been coming there for 35 years. That's a solid indicator of how special this place truly is. I will definitely be going back, hopefully for many, many years. I'll also be recommending it to everyone. Thanks so very much for an incredible stay!
