Dark, rainy, and unfamiliar. I try to be self sufficient, but I was properly stranded. It took an hour or so, but Arthur showed up and saved the day! Really kind, clearly good at his job, and he had my paperweight of a car ready to tow in no time at all. I hope he's on duty if I am ever in need again.

Kenny the driver was very kind and professional! A car break down is already stressful enough, and he made sure my dog and myself were safe in his truck cabin before he loaded up my car onto the flat bed. We arrived to my shop after good conversation and he unloaded my car just as professionally as before. If I ever break down again, I hope the next tow driver is as nice as Kenny!
Patrick was an awesome operator. My wife’s Tesla had a high voltage issue that left the car without power. The windows automatically rolled all the way down and Patrick is going to put plastic and tape over the windows to keep the rain out. Super great service, went above and beyond, really really appreciate it.
Kenny's first concern was to get me in a safe and comfortable place in the cab of his truck. At that time he efficiently took care of business getting my car secured. On the way to the Dealership to drop off my car he kept up a pleasant conversation. It was a pleasant towing experience.
I felt like my car was in excellent hands with Kenny. I was about 2.5 hours from where my car was being towed to so I rode with him. He was a very conscientious driver, extremely polite, and very careful with my vehicle. If I am ever in the area again and need a tow, I would definitely use again!

I had to get a tow last night/this morning at 4am due to a tire being slashed and no spare on me. From start to finish these guys were professional and prompt. The ETA time was exactly down to the minute when they arrived. I had the pleasure of dealing with Arthur T and his coworker who he was training. Arthur was very friendly and helpful. I received a free vintage mobile home stuck in a farmers field (looked pretty rough), had bad tires, and tried for 3 weeks to get someone to haul it 42 miles to my home to no avail - finally got a message from Grant's they could do it! It was pricey but after what they went through it was worth every penny. The biggest problem was the size (10'x30') & needing wide Load etc permits, 2 trucks (a tilt flatbed & tow truck), having to remove fencing & more I'm sure, they arrived at my home In one piece & put it right onto my space in no time!!! Everyone was very nice & treated my "old" trailer like precious cargo. I will send you before & after photos to show it was worth it!! Thanks again - Kudos to the team!!

Recently, I found myself stranded on the busy I-5 freeway with a flat tire and my three young children - 2 hours away from our home.
With no cell service or reception, it took me over an hour to finally reach AAA for assistance.
Incredibly, less than five minutes after I got through, Patrick arrived to help us.
From the moment he arrived, Patrick's main concern was our safety. He safely escorted us away from the busy freeway to a secure location to change our tire.
Afterwards, he even had us follow him to a nearby gas station to ensure our spare tire was properly inflated so we could make it home without issue. To top it all, Patrick went inside the store to get quarters for the air machine himself, so I wouldn't have to bring my children inside.
Throughout the entire process, Patrick went above and beyond, ensuring not only that our vehicle was taken care of but that we felt safe and supported.
Thanks to his kindness and diligence, we made it home safely. He was truly our hero that day.
Excellent, friendly, fast service! My turbo went out so my suv went into limp mode on the freeway yesterday. It’s always a gamble on how long you will sit and wait with AAA, but Patrick from Grants towing got there, got my vehicle loaded up, and to the shop quickly. Definitely made a rough day play out a bit better than it started!
I was in an accident and I thought it would be an easy fix, u til it wasn't, i lost all power to my car.the battery completely drained and I was stranded at a campground. Grants towing was called and Patrick was fantastic, he was quick funny and very pleasant to be around. Great customer service

Let me start by saying, communication was amazing from Grant’s once the AAA call was dispatched. We received a text saying they are 25 minutes from being to our rescue, then again at 5 minutes. Patrick arrived with a kind voice and willingness to help. We were also towing our RV so he had to contact his dispatcher who ok’d it through AAA. Patrick was safe, very courteous and efficient. Our band’s elderly school bus was stuck on the side of the freeway late on a Sunday night. Grant’s towing came quickly and handled it no problem! David and Arthur were knowledgeable and efficient. They alerted us to an issue that would have been a real mess if left undiscovered. Even better, they helped us get it fixed the next morning.

About a month ago I had gotten my first deer...with my truck. It shoved my bumper against my front tire and I was unable to drive it further.
This was the day that hwy 6 turned to ice and i5 had that horrible accident so we couldn't even get it to the shop.
Patrick was quick to arrive and was super friendly and polite. It had just started getting slick out and he knew we didn't have much time before the road was going to become impossible to maneuver so he worked diligently to get us home and offered to return if we needed help getting our truck to the shop.
