On an early Saturday morning we had an issue with our boat trailer. We called these guys and woke him up. He was fast, professional, kind and put us at ease. I feel he went above and beyond to help get us off the side of the freeway. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the area and need assistance.
Positive experience. I was stranded in the desert over night. Will say, Quincy Towing offered to tow my truck & trailer home for $1800 then next morning they said that they will only tow my truck home for $1800 for cash. It was only a 3 hour tow, but thats one way so he gave us a lot of his we were thankful. Slightly disappointed that he would not provide a receipt to get reimbursed for the tow, especially since it was $1800 for half a days work. Oh well, Positive experience, would do 5 stars if we could have a receipt for my insurance to reimburse me.
While in Quincy, we experienced car trouble with my mom's VW Bug when the clutch failed. Quincy Towing provided exceptional service by going the extra mile to assist us. Their customer service was top-notch, offering friendly support and guidance as we located our stranded vehicle. The tow truck arrived promptly, and they even provided helpful recommendations for the remainder of our time in the area. I was referred to Quincy Towing from another company. Owner was on time, great communication, took great care of my baby, gave her a nice easy ride to Ephrata. Reasonable pricing, takes great care of your vehicle, would highly recommend.
My work van stalled on I-90 shortly after fueling up around 10:30pm. I was traveling to Spokane a couple hundred miles from home. I was picked up and dropped off in Moses Lake at a great shop who had me back on the road in under and hour. Thanks for getting my van off the interstate and the excellent recommendation.

I was 12 mi away from them and 6 mi from the gas station when I ran out of gas... They wanted $150 to bring a couple of gallons of gas... + the cost of the gas + mileage... I told them to forget it... Seemed like they wanted to take advantage of someone in need of a little help... Not what you expect from someone in the "Help you out of a jam" business...
The new owners are great people! I slid off the road on a snowy day, and they were able to pull me out and get me on my way. Very reasonable pricing considering the conditions.
My family was coming back to Moses Lake from Wenachi. On the road back my big truck lost a bolt that holds front wheel vertical. I called Quincy towing and the owner came out right away and took us back home safely.
My 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend broke down and we’re at the rest area near Vantage in the dark. We called USAA, our insurance co and they contacted Quincy Towing, the closest tow company to their vehicle.. The driver gave them 20 minutes notice he’d be there and they needed to find their own ride, although the vehicle was going to be towed an hour from there, back to Wenatchee. My daughter and her boyfriend had to choose to either ride in their disabled vehicle on top of the flat bed on the freeway in windy conditions or wait an hour for their ride in the dark at the rest area, because the driver refused to let them ride in the cab. When I confronted him he said “you want me to drop them off on the side of the road then?” He said this is legal procedure. It’s very unsafe! I thought it was also illegal-this company is not reliable if you want someone to have your family’s safety in mind and their customer service is horrible. Avoid using them!
Paul gave us a tow to Moses Lake after we broke down while on a road trip. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to get us loaded up. The drive to Moses lake was about 30 miles. Paul gave us really great advice about roadside insurance and mechanics in the area. The ride was comfortable, clean, and warm. Paul was an excellent driver who made us feel safe. If in need of a tow, I would highly recommend Paul at Quincy Towing.
Paul at Quincy towing is a racist jerk. He made an extremely rude/racist comment towards Mexicans. Even after it was pointed out to him that that was rude and unprofessional he continued with his rant. I would suggest looking for another towing company in the area, otherwise this is what you'll be dealing with.
I have roadside assistance with my insurance. They told me it would be 90 minutes to wait for Quincy towing. I thought that was a long time but then they didn't show up. I had to cal them to find out what was happening When I talked to them they said they got hung up on another job and would be another 75 minutes. No calls or anything just "I'm sorry". Terrible!
Wonderful service!!! A flat rate right away that was more than affordable. Paul was a wonderful gentleman with great advice as well as respectful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Flatbed truck for sure helped as our car is extremely lowered and he made sure not to scrape anything.
