I called them 2 weeks ago, they said they couldn't pick up my car that they would scrap for me. They told me to call the next week. I called them on the day they told me to and they said they couldn't pick it up until the following week. I called them the next week and they didn't answer. I called again and left a voicemail. Haven't heard back since.

Fairly new wrecking yard and one of the few left in grant county. I purchased the radiator there and they even stayed after hours 15 minutes to allow me time to pick it up.
These guys are amazing and they truly care about helping not just the ones that can walk but those of us who are not as mobile and want them to know how much it means to have them
I have attempted to source parts from them multiple times and am consistently shut down by their rudness on the phone. Not to mention the fact that I have been hung up on when I'm still trying to communicate what I'm looking for. Overall very unprofessional experience with them and do not recommend.
Our experience with H & L was great! They had the part we needed in the yard and were quick to pull it for us. They were reasonably priced. The gal who helped us was helpful and friendly! We’ll be back!
