Great service and prices

I had a breakdown while traveling across the country. Napa ordered me parts which they guaranteed by 8: 00 a.m. apparently somebody got sick and they didn't even open the store until 845. I understand people getting sick and the frustrations and delays. however the second part which I paid for over the phone which was in stock was gone and no where to be found. The guy working did a good enough job trying but it wastoday is working did a good enough job trying but it was a nightmare. I highly recommend going to carquest way better sevice and people.
