Do not add deposit. You will not be able to use the funds to pay your balance. They keep your deposit unless you pay the balance.... it's a scam.

Horrible place to get cars manager is the most incompetent person can manage to tell the loader guy how to load cars. We understand that all heavy equipment needs to be winch it by transportation but what happens to the small cars. ? Loader guy say you have winch use !!! Are you for real get a job dude and he is pretty dean good at ignoring transport guy and all the specifications that we told him on how to load the cars. He want everything on he’s own way. Horrible place horrible people hope someone put order at this place lady’s at the office are very nice and diligent.

I loathe leaving bad reviews and try very hard to give the benefit of the doubt over & over before doing so. With that said, working with Copart has been a nightmare. When they arrived to pick up the car, we were told all we had to do was sign over the power of attorney papers and send in with the title. They sent the forms, we signed, and returned immediately. 2 weeks later, we hadn't heard anything so I contacted them to see what the update was and they informed us that we had signed the wrong forms because they were for the State of Idaho instead of Oregon. I had to contact THEM before they admitted this. Then they resent the Oregon forms. We immediately sign them and return. A week later, I contact them again and was told that we still had a document missing. I had sent everything back that they had sent so if something is missing, it is on their end. Now they tell me they will "resend" the documents I haven't sent them so it will be another week or more before we get this done. Then what will they come up with to keep from finishing this transaction? This company has yanked us around with our totaled car for almost 7 weeks now. They have the car & title in their possession but won't release it so the insurance company can payout our claim. I have spent hours sending emails, making phone calls, and trying to get through to them that we need to replace this car for our daughter to work her summer job and head off to college in 6 weeks. I am not sure who is dropping the ball in this mess but it is frustrating to get the runaround every single time we try to take care of this. Whomever is in charge of mailing out paperwork needs to take the time to make sure it is correct to save everyone a headache and more financial loss due to their ineptness.
