I thought the service was great. I called over the phone to see if I can pay for a transmission and have my brother in law pick up for me and the guy on phone was very helpful. He told me they can't take payment over phone and sent a link to my email to pay there. And they helped load the transmission in the truck and my brother in law says he loves this place. When I asked him to pick up for me he knew right where it was says been here many times . Thanks and the transmission is in my car working great

I drove from Pendleton to pick up a few windows after some unfortunate events happened with my vehicle. He was kind enough to stay after closing so I could pick up the windows as I needed them asap with the bad weather coming. I got them for a reasonable price, It was overall a great experience. I drove 4 1/2 hours to pick up some pieces for my truck that I needed, and it was so worth it. Rafael was an amazing gentleman to talk to, very friendly and understanding. My experience with AMU went horrible, they are unprofessional and they don’t know how to work with customers, poor customer service, they take for ever to get ur part. very disappointed going there, very disrespectful, what work place CUSSES in front of their customers.
Great help, they showed me the parts, and went over what I was getting and if I might need something else. Help with price since I bought multiple things. Hope to not have to get more parts, but this would be the place I would call first for them.

The people that work for this company were extremely helpful in guiding my husband and i in the direction we needed. I would strongly recommend any one that needs parts or in need of find affordable vehicles to check them out. I was not disappointed they were amazing.

Great customer service. Easy to work with. Great system set up there. I needed a passenger side strut and I was given driver side by accident. Miscommunication. Also I had to get the sway bar link off my self after they stripped the bolt. Part seemed a little expensive for a wrecking yard, but still saved me hundred bucks. Overall good experience
