Very disappointing service. The employees were super rude and not helpful. I hope other locations aren’t like this, but save yourself a trip to this one because it’s a waste of time.
Called them late in the afternoon approaching the end of business. Jeremy answered and did some digging. Found the part I was after.
Edgar sent me pictures and said they could either ship it or hold it.

I came here to buy a bumper, but the car with the part I needed wasn’t processed yet. The employee put the parts on hold under my name, and I waited two weeks for the car to be ready to be parted out. When I called to check on the status, I was told the car still wasn’t processed, but the bumper had already been sold to one of their employees. Terrible service! Stay away and don’t waste your time here!
I found a 2009 750li engine there, I asked in advance if it was normal or what they could tell me, they said everything was fine, I arrived 6 hours ago from another state, the engine was covered in oil, they refused to help lift it with a fortlift or pull it out, the mileage was listed as 85,000 miles, upon arrival they said that the engine had stage 2 firmware, they stuck a camera in several cylinders, there were small scuffs and a lot of boiled oil, I repeat, the engine was all wet underneath, we decided to do a carfax using the car's VIN code, it turned out that the mileage was rolled back by 50,000 miles, and was bored twice! while this auto dismantling gives a guarantee on the engine, in the end I drove 6 hours in vain, I was deceived, they said a discount for this maximum of 300 dollars and without a guarantee, I was surprised by all this and left, I am writing this comment so that you are careful when buying any spare parts from them, I am angry at their staff and management for deception, it is not even worth 1 star to rate this auto dismantling
Lots of parts to find for your vehicle. There's a 3$ entry fee, only thing I didn't like was I returned a radiator and condenser I bought from one in Yakima and I tried to return it to the one in Pasco but they couldn't accept my return because it's a different location so I drove back to Yakima. But other than that it was cool
Heaven on earth for me. You can pull your own parts and do it the way you want it done. Total freedom in the yard. It's awesome! Also, you only pay once per day and you have free admission as long as they're open for that day. Also they are opening a new location and the admission fee is good for both sites for the whole day!
Been trying to reach out to them for parts I'm looking to by says they close at 6pm but it's only 425 at the moment never answered the phone it just kept ringing I'd find another yard as this one seems to be garbage and not want customers
Scammers, they have you pull a part at a agreed upon price then up it after you pull it so they can inventory it and sell it on ebay, getting you to pay to take apart their cars
Today's 1 star is a sad day. Normally it's a 5 star. But Today's visit is a bad one i got stuck behind a train right next to the shop for over 30 minutes I arrived tools in hand and know exactly what I need and what they had at 4:31 pm 12/10/2024 they told me that they closed up at 4:30.
My husband can’t say enough good about U-Pull It. FRIENDLY and helpful staff, clean atmosphere and prices are good…. At both Yakima and Pasco locations! We travel 3++ hours to buy our engines and transmissions here. It’s nice to actually go to a wrecking yard where the staff is actually friendly! A++
I drove three hours to this junk yard after calling a day prior to confirm they had the part I needed. I even asked what time they closed, and was told 6 PM, which is also what the hours posted on their windows state. However, when I arrived at 5:12 PM, the doors were still open, but two employees completely ignored us as we walked in. They didn’t even look us in the face, simply saying, “We closed, man.” When we pointed out that the window said they closed at 6, one of them quickly replied, “Well, it’s Sunday, I close at 5.”
This location recently updated their hours online, yet they are still incorrect. It’s ridiculous how they acted just to get out a little early. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend wasting your time with this place, especially if you’re coming from a distance.

Clean and organized lot. I got a seat, headlights, ac lines and more for a very reasonable price. People working the counter were easy going and the coffee was pretty good to for free coffee. Will use them again, plus the yard porta poty were actually clean unlike other yards.
I came to pull rear parts for Ford Mustang Mach-E. The car was placed near the gate. I got opportunity to pull all needed parts. Avery thing clean, clear and nice. It was great deal. Thank you Edgar!
Purchased an engine they had listed as perfect running and good compression, they listed it on car-part. Told me it would be pulled and ready in a couple days. Called a week later and they said motor was no good. They didn’t call, they didn’t communicate. I spent thousands of dollars and they said… I was wrong.
My business has purchased hundreds if not in the thousands of engines. But never again from here. Buyers beware. Terrible communication and lied multiple times about it being pulled and good. The guy I spoke to last said they were just pulling the truck in to pull the motor ( after a week) then checked and told me it was no good!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I called up the pasco location with a unique situation where I needed pretty much everything under the hood of the car I was working. I worked with Jeremy who was amazing to work with and got me everything I needed to quickly get my car back on the road. What a great experience. Will for sure be taking my business there in the future!
Great experience with the guys here. A friend called me n let me know there was a car I needed to look at here. So I went and looked was shocked. The car was amazing! Next day I bought a great Volvo that had a salvaged title! Unbelievable! This car was insurance totaled. But it's clean and damage is minimal! Rubbing compound pretty much fixed it. Runs perfect and I absolutely love love LOVE my new to me V50 It's freaking Polestar tuned Volvo! Thanks guys! Also a friend recently bought very nice set of used tires for his truck for $300.
Very disappointed in my interaction with U-Pull-It. Decided to take my son to the salvage yard to pick a part for a project we are working on. Could have got it online but wanted to teach him about the salvage yard. On the way there we even had a conversation about supporting local businesses because they are much more customer service oriented and it supports the community. We got there at 4:36, was told by worker we had an hour, spent nearly an hour finding it and getting it out. Took it up to the register at 532pm. This same worker said he closed his register and only was taking cash which we didn't have. Said he wouldn't open it back up cause they "closed at 5:30". He acknowledged he knew we were still in the yard but he didn't care. He said he wouldn't take anything but cash. So I had to leave the part there that we spent an hour getting. What kind of business treats local customers this way?

Really, it was a terrible experience and the two men in the shop were pretty rude. They have some good parts, but don't expect to get any service or advice.
Great prices, cool staff. Always satisfied when I go pull. And the signage inside is breathtaking. Gravele yard makes pulling easy and stress free, glad we have a modern "u-pull it yard,in our town! Bonus info. They also told me they now get many new/used vehicles per week.
