Called ahead for a Saturn Sky exhaust manifold and was told they had one. Drove over waited in line only to receive an intake manifold. They didn’t have an exhaust manifold. Total waste of gas and time
Bought a set of tires and wheel from Pasco Auto Wrecking and even tho they showed good pictures they took additional pictures for me to view and then arranged the shipping. They were great to work with, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Hayes is awesome. I frequently have to call salvage yards all around the country to make it so that cars can go and that people can live their lives. People like Hayes do their work with such love that it takes all the stress and worry out of any situation. It is refreshing to hear someone who is confident in their craft and willing to take on the challenges presented. I would be proud to have him as a coworker and employee as he clearly makes the workplace better.
Can’t say enough of great things about this place. As a car dealer, I deal with a lot of different junk yards and this place is on the top. I inquired about a Hyundai lock ignition and spoke with Craig on the phone what my options were on having it mailed to me. Craigs had a A+ customer service and mailed it to me within few days. Everything from shipping to the part was exactly what Craig said. Highly recommend this place
Some of the worst customer service I havee experienced. Craig gives you wrong prices over the phones then when you get there he has a whole total different price. Never would I recommend this place to anybody!
I recently placed an order over the phone with Pasco Auto Wrecking and was really impressed with their service. The website was helpful and accurate and allowed me to find the exact part I needed - complete with a stock number. When I called in, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and Hayes was especially helpful in getting the order fulfilled.

I wanted to say thank you for 1) getting me a wheel the next day since I bent my rim and needed another ASAP and was making a trip the following weekend, 2) also for recommending a mechanic to assist me. I am not from this area and am here temporarily for work. It can be hard to get quality services since not being a local can have some disadvantages. In turn, having them recommend someone that they trust and do business with regularly was a blessing. Thanks guys for being so helpful.
John was the guy I had communication with for the 2 doors we needed for our SUV, they had two models of our SUV and the second one that he showed me had the same exact colored trim and color or the door handles needed for our SUV!! I live an hour away from them and John went above and beyond with sending me pictures and even price matching of a place that I had talked to previously before coming here, and having the doors off and ready for when I got there so it was easy a easy process, thank you John!
I just bought a motor and was driving from Vancouver Washington to pick it up.

Gave me the wrong part twice....How hard is it to get the right starter the first time? They are also more expensive then then the one down the street. When I called back to see if (John) actually had the right part he was like yup gave u the wrong one and acted like he doesn’t even have respect for his job, nor knows anything about mechanical components.
Just gotta say thanks for the awesome work done by Hayes and the other guy helping me yesterday (I think people call him Ricky Bobby lol). I had previously bought a rear end assembly from this yard that had turned out to be faulty. Yesterday I went in to swap it for another one, no issues. Hayes and all the other staff were on top of it, and obviously very knowledgeable. I mean, it was like all hands on deck trying to get me the right part. This is service that is hard to come by at all, let alone in the wrecking yard business. I’ve already been a customer for a while, but I will be coming back here for years on end purely for the patience and know-how that was demonstrated yesterday. Thanks guys.
OK, I have never written a review before so this is my first. My son and I bought a project boat, 2010 Mastercraft X Star, that had a fire. We have meticulously been going through every system trying to make sure we had everything replaced that needed to be. The motor is a Vortec 350, pretty standard right? Not so much. My son and I spent many days researching interchangeable parts to see if we could find something local AND something that was not several weeks out and cost an arm and a leg from the dealer. The folks at Pasco Auto Wrecking went above and beyond to make sure our boat was on the water for our nephews that were visiting the following weekend. I can't say enough about these folks, family oriented, willing to go the extra mile, I felt guilty taking so much of their time. Check them out, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

These guys are the best. I was looking for a radiator fan assembly that would have cost me 600 new or I could get it for about 200 from some third party site. I called pasco Auto Wrecking and they had one in stock for about $92 out the door. Not only was it in good shape, they tested the motor on site to verify it worked. Steller customer service! Thank you so much for helping to get me back on the road!
I was amazed at how nice their store is. It's spotlessly clean and they obviously put an effort into making it comfortable. Oh, yeah, they also had a hard to find part at a great price which they found, removed, and brought up to the front office in a short time.
Best wrecking yard experience I've had! Craig was super helpful, prompt and funny to boot. Sent me pictures to make sure the part I was requesting was the right one before it got boxed up and shipped across the state! Would certainly do business with them again and next time I'm in the Tri-Cities I'll definitely stop in to scope what other goodies might be hiding on the lot!

Called on a part Friday was told they would have to pull it let them know i would be sending someone that day when they showed up from Pendleton they were told they were super busy and only 2 ppl working although there were 5 guys there and the part wasn't pulled. So I'll be calling today and making another trip from Pendleton to try and get the part today
Craig was great to deal with on the phone and in person. As a matter-of-fact during the very brief period of time I had to wait while they brought my tires/wheels forward, it seemed that everyone was super busy but always professional.
I always check in to see if they have what I need. Very helpful and more than knowledgeable staff. Very fair prices on what you need too. Easy to access from the highway and A st. I'll come back here.
They didn't have what e were looking for, which was okay, it's the nature of the beast. The staff was friendly with me when I asked to use the bathroom, giving me the code, but later, they directed my husband to the outhouse, even though he is the one who paid the picking fee.
Great service. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were looking for a part because we thought ours was defective. They tested ours for us before selling us theirs. Turned out our part was good and it was an electrical issue. We ended up nit needing the part. They were happy to be of help and tlod us it was better to find out first than to deal with the hassle of having to return an unneeded part.
After calling over 10 different salvage yards they luckily had the part for my ol truck! Asked if it could be shipped and it was out the door the next day, and in my mailbox within the week. Saved me a 600 mile round trip. Thank you everyone for the help getting my truck back on the road.
They have a good selection and a large yard. Come prepared with tools to take off what you need. The only complaint is that the vehicles are not organized very well, but that is not a problem if you don't mind walking. They give you a list of where all the vehicles are that you need.
I have been buying from PAW for many years. I have bought items for as little as 2 bucks to 8,000. I have never had a bad experience and have been very satisfied with the employees.
Absolutely awful service. Called to make an appointment for a vehicle to be towed away for salvage in the morning a few days later, they said they would call when they were coming. Come 11:30 am the day they were supposed to be there we had received no such call. Took the initiative to call them and find out what was going on and the representative we spoke to said they would be there soon. We waited another hour and still no call so we called for a 2nd time and the representative we spoke to this time didn't even know they were coming to take our vehicle away and said he would contact their driver and get back to us. Another hour later and still no contact. We gave up and went with another salvage company. This business can not honor it's commitments to customer service by any means.
been there a few times, every single time.... a disappointment. guys always sitting on the computer and not heliping any incoming customers. never a hello or be right with you. even though they are not helping anyone. prices are ridiculous.
