Had issues with our RV on a Sunday. We contacted a towing company, sent them photos who said they could provide us service. 90 minutes later we got a call from the driver who said he could not tow us.
We then contacted A Jacks who helped us! The driver Robert called us, asked for photos and said no problem and would be there in 45 minutes.
Robert was fantastic, recommended a great service garage and hotel. After we left, he called to tell us the RV was running and recommended us trying to drive to the garage and he’ll follow just in case reducing the call from a tow service.
He followed us all the way to the garage with no issues and saved us the extra expense.

Note the company who couldn’t tow us was charging huge $$$$$ PLUS was subcontracting the service out. The driver told us his fee and found out how much extra they marked up.
Raphael was so kind and helpful after I had a terrible accident. His calming presence was a comfort during one of my worst days. The staff of this shop are also such kind and genuine people; I feel so lucky and I’m so grateful that they were the tow truck company that came to my aid.
Robert from a-jacks helped a ton this weekend, broke down at a dc and he came towed me to a company yard in the middle of the night! The following morning he came back to the yard a towed me an hour away to a dealer. Really helpful and really friendly.
I broke down 4.5 hours from home, in the middle of nowhere. A-Jacks was a lifesaver. My driver was so nice to me! I had my rabbit with me and my minivan was loaded to the gills because I was taking him for a long trip to WSU for cancer treatment. He towed me to a car rental place, sat in the cab with the A/C blasting to keep my bunny cool, and then proceeded to help me unload my stuff into my rental, including a 30 pound box of hay and over 40 pounds of litter. Then he turned around and towed my van all the way back to Salem, OR right away. I needed to continue on another few hours, and I couldn't just leave my car. I knew when I got into my rental car and drove away with my bunny that my car was already safely on its way home. I don't know what I would have done without him.
Excellent service! We recently had a few conex boxes moved to our home from 50 miles away and they did a great job. From start to finish. Scheduling was super easy and the driver was a great guy! When my parked car got hit by an uninsured driver, A-Jacks was a lifesaver. The only place within a 50-mile radius that could get my car in sooner than a 3-month wait list. They got me in within two weeks of calling them and had my car fixed ASAP. The kindest people I've met in that industry. Broke down on the side of the road 200+ miles from home, A-Jacks was the only one available. They came out and gave me a tow home from Prosser to Lake Stevens. Mike was very helpful.

My car was illegally towed and then I was expected to pay to get it out. Not to impressed just another company that sticks it to the little guy instead of admitting they made a mistake.
These guys who drive the trucks are rude and disgusting! So much things could be said but most of all the customer service is terrible. The office staff hate their job.
Called because I needed a vehicle removed from my parking spot. Office said their drive would be in contact with me shortly. 1 hour passed, I called to see what’s going on. He had a priority service for the PD. He was just finishing up and was going to be in his way shortly. Another hour passed, I called back “what’s going on, now it’s been 2 hours that I waited.” They give him a call that he is still assisting the PD and when he’s done he’ll attend me. It’s going to be 11pm now and still haven’t heard anything. Their driver finally contacts me telling me the same as his office that PD is priority. Then asked if he could take care of the service in the morning. By then they’ll be gone, I need my parking spot now, that person already had the joy of having a spot overnight. Let alone my PAID parking spot. Driver was finally going to get to me and it’s midnight but ends up saying that his tow truck was having exhaust issues. I called their office and if he would be able to pick up another truck and service me. Their response was that one and one they had in the shop were the only vehicle. I tell that to the driver and he said they had 3 trucks. At this point it’s just excuses after excuses. They’re a 24/7 service so why couldn’t he get in another truck and take care of my service. Ridiculous.
Hey Jack it's pretty cool you know there's just the option and auction that they have car auction and they have some good cars and sometimes they have some bad cars but overall it's cool
Profesional fair and honest. It cost me money I did not like that but they seemed like good people working hard to be the best. They have a beautifull building a well organized storage lot for vehicals. Oh also very friendly even when my wife who was very frustrated with our situation got a little upset. I would recommend they to anyone who need a cer towned,jumped,or are in need of ther other services.
Needed them to tow the car to the airport in Spokane, rather than meeting the obligation to tow the car to the correct address they dropped it in the valley in a rough neighborhood and lied on the invoice about where they dropped. Horrible experience, use literally any other tow service.
Well... No one wants to have to deal with getting your vehicle towed! Mine wouldn't start at a local gas station and I had to leave it parked off to the side. Much to my dismay... it ended up being towed! I was shocked to discover that they wanted $530 in order to get it released! 3 weeks before Christmas!! As a single mom on a fixed income this was devastating for me! I pleaded my case and the rather unpleasant woman reluctantly lowered my bill to $360 when I insisted on speaking with the owner. I was grateful yet still understandably frustrated by the experience. They were nice enough however to let me park my vehicle in their parking lot for 24 hrs since I still couldn't get it started... that is, after I had to push it all the way across their giant tow yard! Oh well!
My car was stolen and was lost. I released interest to the state, asked state about it and the car then belongs to the state. Months later, they find and tow it and threaten my license if I don't pay them. They towed a stolen car. Crooks is my only opinion on the matter.
A friend works there as a dispatch I was going to have them tow the car then the insurance decided to cancel them on me made me wait even longer but eventually got towed all is good all is well
I called them fifteen minutes past closing without realizing, but the person who answered the phone couldn't have been more polite and helpful. The wait for the tow truck was reasonable and the price quote I was given over the phone was exactly what i was charged. Overall I would definitely recommend using a jacks if you need a tow.
The tow company told me 2hrs wait so I called another company and they said they would send someone but then a-jacks showed and jumpstarted my car so I could get to the repair shop

Someone set my car on fire...was all over the news..anyway housing didn't give me a chance to call who i wanted and now these people are trying to charge me for towing it...well housing called them not me so housing should pay!!! I am disabled and on a fixed income and can't afford this...I am stressed out trying to figure out how to replace my car and now this... shouldn't even give them one star!!!!
