Well I dropped a 53-foot trailer in soft ground by accident and its landing gear went about a foot into the ground had to call a towing service they were the fastest to get to me so I chose them and John the tech the driver was a hell of a great guy we had him pulling wheelies with his truck lifting our 40,000 lb load out of the ground. John we love you man thanks for the help if it wasn't for you we would have been stuck there forever.
Had a work truck die on the way to Oregon and John arrived within the hour and had the vehicle ready to tow quickly. Not only was he professional he was also great to talk to. Highly recommend for any heavy duty towing needs.
My van got towed by the state patrol from the Walmart parking lot. They ended up charging the maximum fee plus after hours and the fee was going up 80 dollars a day. 24 hours later when i finally found my van the fee was almost $2,000. With two small children and no way to get to my job I was in tears when I went in to Pasco towing. The receptionist was one of the most amazing woman I'd ever met. She was caring and helpful and introduced me to the owner who was able to work something out with me when I got my check. Without their kindness I surely would have lost my van (which is the last gift my grandfather gave me so i was devastated). Without that vehicle Me and my two boys would have been in such a horrible position. I was showed true humanity in an awful situation and I will never forget either of them. There is truly no way to thank them.. amazing business amazing people.!!!
I rolled my car on highway 730 near port Kelly. Not only did Pasco Heavy Duty Towing recover my car from a dangerous part of the highway, they gathered my possessions that were ejected from the car. When I called the next day, the tow truck driver, Juan, told me I should go back to the crash site to recover my stuff that didn’t make it back into the car. I’m very glad that he did because that helped me recover everything of value that was in the car. Because the state trooper called in the tow service, I didn’t get to choose who towed my car but I’m glad that these guys were called.
John and his buddy (sorry I forgot your name) helped me out of an embarrassing situation tonight in Wallula, WA. Quick response time, even faster recovery. Their friendliness helped a lot with the stress relief. Thanks guys! If I ever need help again, I know who to call.
I broke down 40 miles away. John showed up within an hour on the 4th of July. He was very professional and fun to talk to on the ride to the dealership. If I ever break down in the area again, I will be calling them first if I need a tow.

My car recently got towed, under unfortunate circumstances and I couldn't afford the price to take it out, THANKFULLY The receptionist and the owner were willing to work out a deal with me! These guys were the heroes today. I broke down about an hour outside of Pasco yesterday. At 2pm yesterday, I called road side assistance through progressive. I never got an update from progressive and when I called, they kept on saying that they are working to find me a tow truck. 7 am the following morning, I cancelled the tow truck with progressive and called Pasco towing. These guys did everything possible to recover my truck and were constantly giving me updates. I was so relieved when their tow truck called and said he was on his way. If it wasn't for them I would still be broken down at a rest area. I will always recommend Pasco towing.

Friday, Feb. 17th, we got a flat tire heading North by Booker Auction. I called my Ford roadside, and they dispatched a company that ended up not being able to help us. I have locking lug nuts. There is no key in my car. They could only tow, but we had 4 people, so they couldn't. A total waste of 3 hours. Sat along side the road, only 1/2 hour, after calling Pasco Towing. The driver had a special key for lug nuts and got us on the road in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Pasco Towing! What a relief it was when he showed up. I can't say enough good about the experience.
John Lund , Hands down BEST TOW MAN EVER. I kid you not pulled me 60+ ft far out of sand carrying 20,000lbs concrete with all axles buried 4ft deep into the sand. THANK YOU JOHN.
Called them guys because I got my reefer trailer stuck in lose gravel sand. John Lund (heavy tow truck driver) showed up in with in 45 minutes 11:00 am exactly. Trailer was out in 45 minutes. Was charged a super fair deal compared to the other towing company’s in pasco. Will recommend this company to anyone needing a tow/ pull out etc. John Lund is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff.
I recently was stranded a little past Eltopia at 1:00 in the morning . I Had been on the road for hours driving home from out of town. The car had been acting up the whole way home. After calling more than a few tow companies, I was ready to cry , i just wanted to get myself and my dog home. One company turned me down flat, one wanted to charge me after hours fees , and another said he could be there in about two hours... I called pasco towing again( my phone battery died on the first attempt) Pasco's price was comparable , they were friendly, and when I told them I was on the side of the highway stranded with my dog alone he said. "I am on my way". He was there in less than half an hour. Not only handled the towing of my vehicle but helped me transfer my stuff from the car and gave me and my 90 lb. dog a ride and dropped us at my house and my car at the shop.... I not only recommend Pasco Towing to anyone needing roadside assistance or tow services but if the need ever arises where I need a tow I will not even consider anyone else for the job.They did their job professionaly and went above and beyond to get me home safely. Their prices were basically the same as the others I called, I think it is pretty standard in comparison and the quotes they gave me before coming out didnt change.
Terrible. If you get In a car accident I'm pretty sure in that moment you are not all there an i think it's really sad when your personal stuff or whatever you got in your car gets stolen there could be something valuable and to not be secured.. and might be something important. Well i think i can't call this a good service sadly but true...
The Owner of Pasco Towing is a super nice man, reasonable, negotiable, especially when you're going through the worst of struggles. Apparently he's a sales-man too, i would recommend this place.
I was stranded today 6.5 to 7 hours from home, my OnStar wouldn't work, my cell service was spotty due to the area...the middle of no where. I have been under so much stress and now my U-Joint went out. These guys and gal here are so amazing with their customer service. No one would fix my Tahoe for 4 days.....the owner took the time to have one of his guys come get me. Drive me back to their shop and are now going the extra mile to go get parts and fix my Tahoe today so I can get home. Thank you Pasco Towing for turning my really bad trip to reminding me that our Faith in our human race remains strong today. You all rock!!!!
