I was leaving an appointment with my 90 yr old grandma when I realized I needed a jumpstart and couldn’t reach any of my family members (I wasn’t driving my car with the jumper cables) I called Bradley’s and reached Jesenia. She was so sweet and got to us within 10 min and helped me jumpstart my car and didn’t even charge me for it. That kinda of kindness and willingness to help means if I ever have car needs I will be going to them! 10/10 recommend.
The whole company is amazing. The front desk was courteous and very helpful, and the tow truck guy went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my car out of a horrible situation. I highly recommend this tow truck company very ethical and trustworthy. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Wonderful, wonderful experience. I ran out of gas in a dangerous location and within a few minutes, Jeania (sp?) was there to help me. She was very caring and restored my faith in humanity. I felt great all week thinking about her kindness.
Called for a fuel delivery only 20 minutes from there location they decided to out source it to another state that are a joke and unprofessional would not recommend

Bradleys was amazing! They helped arrange us another tow company when our belt broke on a trip. Then they fixed our car at 7 pm at night! It was hot and we were in a town where we were not familiar with anything. They were so nice and Matthew their mechanic knew right away what the issue was for the belt. I cannot thank them enough! They are some of the good people in this world….

I was stranded on the side of the road from out of town with five teenagers and was put on hold by U-Haul roadside assistance so I decided to Google search roadside assistance near me. A kind lady answered the phone and said hold on I’ll put gas in my car and be right there. She was there within 20 minutes with a full gas can. I offered to pay her and she said it was just the right thing to do! Blew my mind! She then followed me to the gas station to make sure that I made it safe. So grateful, the world needs more humans like this! If I was from town I would use them every chance I could:)

This if from my son's account, however I wanted to provide a review for Bradley's Towing. We are very grateful for the services provided by Bradley's Towing. Our car went out on Memorial Day requiring towing. Mr. Bradley and his staff were highly professional and courteous. After our car was towed, we were hoping that the car could still be a benefit for someone. Mr Bradley agreed to tow the vehicle no charge to the Tri Tech automotive school to benefit their automotive students! We really appreciate the support of Bradley's towing to us and to the community as well!

Matthew was called to the scene of car accident for my husband's vehicle. He showed a lot of care & efficiency. He offered to bring the totaled vehicle to our home so I could unload the belongings right into the house. He also helped me undo & take out seat covers etc. Very nice service!

I was stranded in the middle of the night with my children. I was scared and overly stressed. I called several other towing companies, with no luck, before calling Bradley's. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was very compassionate to my stressful situation. I feel as if he went above and beyond his job requirements to make my situation less stressful.
