I just picked up my belongings from the west Richland location and I had glass bowls in my belongings. They were not broken on the 21st when they picked up my car, but today 4/25 they are all of a sudden shattered and I cut my hand in three spots trying to make sure all my stuff was in the bin.
Be more mindful of peoples belongings, what happened to respecting peoples property.? Is that just not a thing anymore
They my want to be in partnership with the programs that you sell your junk car, like Pedsle & then they show up and decline pickup because they don’t like the junk car.. it’s a non running car this is why we are getting rid of it.
Not sure if they want they are looking for.
Get of this program if you’re not willing to pick up car.
Tow guy with the irish/Scottish accent did amazing towing my old truck, best tow driver I've ever had. He clearly knew what he was doing and was great at it. I'd go threw him everytime. Thank you!
In kahoots with someone at Meriwether Apartments in Richland, coming every 10 minutes to tow families' cars while at the Richland Farmer's Market (it is 100°+ out). Awful and predatory.
This towing agency was called by KPD after my son was in a car accident. The car was picked up to clear the road and not impede traffic. This took place on a Friday and when we went to see what it would take to get the car to salvage yard on Tuesday after labor day. My son has liability insurance only and the cost for repair exceeds the 2006 cars value. This tow company has started accruing fees at $89 per day which has reached well over $800! This is fleecing anyone who doesn't have full coverage or any unwitting person unknowning of these obsurd fees. I'm getting a lawyer out of principle!
Lexi at first choice was extremely rude, short, non-informal and had a terrible attitude. At no point did I feel like I was being helped in anyway shape or form. I was told Friday morning to drop off my key between 8-5 m-f so I’m able to get my belongs (state ID and wallet) on the next business day. I came that Monday at 1pm, waited outside for 20 minutes, called and she snapped at me that I needed an appointment to drop my key off, then tried to argue with me that she had informed me of their policy (but much less professionally) which she did not. I’ve used first choice a few times and I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience. This employee will be the downfall of this company. As a business owner myself I could never imagine treating a customer this way.
