Alex was an absolute blessing. I got stranded on my way to work and he was able to give me a tow as soon as he could. Definitely will be contacting Rapid again!!
Best service in Tri-Cities, was stranded for hours and Alex the service tech is a great guy.. he took time out of his own day to help me out of a jam. If you live in the Kennewick, Pasco or Richland area this should be the first company on your list, not only to support a local business and for excellent service but also for a great human interaction rather than just a business transaction.
I was in a tight spot and honestly Alex was very prompt and professional, I highly recommend, every other company I called kept saying they were to busy or they’ll be there in one or more hours.

Called for an estimate, he answered almost instantly, and gave me a fair price compared to other companies around. Professional and friendly, which other companies didn’t project(another towing company hung up on me or were very rude). When it came to towing, he beat me to my broken-down car. Would recommended to anyone.
