Called and asked if they had a part for my vehicle. They put me on hold for 10 mins and then responded, “yes we have that part”. I asked if they could pull it and I’d come pick it up and pay for it. They responded “no, I would have to pay for it in person or on the phone with my debit card.” I agreed to pay it with my debit card and they said they would have it out and ready for me next week and would give me a call when it’s ready. I waited all week and never got a call back. I called them and asked if it was ready to pick it up. They completely forgot to even pull it, and once again they said they would have it pulled for me next week and give me a call. Next week came, and at the end of the week still didn’t receive a phone call. So once again I called and asked if it was ready to pick up. This time they responded yes it’s pulled and ready for pick up. I went and picked it up. Made it all the way home to discover they gave me the wrong part for an earlier vehicle. I called them back and let them know they gave me the wrong part. I was put on hold again for another 10-15 mins while they checked to see if they had the right part this time. They came back to the phone and said yes we have the correct part, and will have it pulled next week for you to pick up. Next week comes and they called me telling me they’ll have to refund me my money because the part is not any good. Frustrated I agreed to have the refund, and told them I’d bring them back the other part they gave me which was wrong. So I went out of my way to drop it back off to them. Wasting more of my gas and wasting weeks of my time. Very disappointed with how unprofessional they are. I won’t be bringing anymore business to them.

Horrible customer service, the dude does not know how to communicate to customers. Can’t get up and walk 2ft out of his chair. Undisciplined geezer. Stay far away from here.
