Bought the wrong headlight bulbs by mistake. One bulb was defective and broke at the weld when I tried to remove it from my vehicle. I returned 10 minutes later with both bulbs and the receipt. Braden refused to give me a refund and claimed the broken bulb was from user error and not a defective product, and the other box had been opened so I couldn't return it. Only HE OPENED THE BOX IN FRONT OF ME then claimed it was non returnable. Absolutely terrible service from this guy. Not the right way to do business man. I will not be coming back here.

Very friendly, helpful business. Had a couple guys working on a wildfire in their area who were staying in a RV. The batteries in the RV had died, Skyline had the 2 batteries I needed to make my guys comfortable again. Thank you!!
Typical NAPA auto store. Experienced friendly help. I got the feeling if this store didn't have what you needed that they could get the part in in a couple of days.
