My pickup broke down yesterday just outside of Dayton. I requested a tow and the truck arrived about 15 minutes later. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Kyle's towing is hands down the best tow company to go with. They help me out of a sticky situation with some heavy equipment I had. Within an hour of calling them they had a guy out to help me. The guy they sent out was very professional and he knew how to pick up my Lift without doing any further damage to it. I can't remember the guy's name now but I'd like to say he definitely knows what he's doing and is a great asset to that company. If you ever have problems in Dayton Washington look no further these guys are top notch professionals and can get the job done quick. Thanks again Kyle and your crew for saving the day.!!!! I will say the pricing is too low for what you guys do. I was expecting to spend thousands of dollars getting a crane service out and ultimately only ended up spending $600.
I can't thank Kyles towing enough. I am a senior and a woman from out of town and had a blowout. My daughter called Kyles Towing and Ryan was there in less than 5 minutes. He put my spare on for me, checked the pressure before putting it on and fixed it in such a timely and professional manner. I will definately use them again if I need and will recommend them to any of my friends going thru Dayton. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful in assisting my daughter. INCREDIBLE customer service! I called them from tricities to help my mom, who had a flat tire outside of Dayton. They got there within minutes and were VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
Kyle and his guys came and recovered my camper that tipped over in a wind storm, they did an amazing job and were very professional! I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs!!!
I used these guys yesterday, 12/16/24 after hitting a deer. They responded quickly and got my car to my preferred body shop. If I need a tow in their coverage area, I would not hesitate to call on them again.
Sean did an excellent job on my truck. started right away, whereas the other shops in town weren't going to get it done for another 2 days. Two pressure hoses on the steering system. done in 4 hours,and back on the freeway. With tow, under 600.00. F450 diesel. Andrea at the desk was sympathetic,charming and kind to this old man

So helpful! Couldn't prove coverage right away but they trusted me and sent someone right away. I was stranded on a country road and it was HOT. The driver was extremely friendly and helped me out very quickly. Can't recommend them enough!
We blew a tire on our rv on a back road and this was the only place around! They were extremely friendly, called with updates, came to us within an hour and were so helpful!! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they saved us!
Courteous and professional. Had to have my car towed from a remote location because of a broken oil pan. They kept me informed and billed my insurance company directly.
All I can say is this business is fantastic. My wondderful doggo locked me out of my car on main street in the middle of the weekend and they came to rescue us and didn't give up till the job was done. Thank you so much for your friendly and fast service. You guys are awesome.

We were stranded with a goose neck trailer full of hay on the 4th of July. One of our rear tires had blown. They got us on our way and less than 10 miles the spare blew. They came and rescued us again and brought a wheel and tire to put on the trailer. We made it back to Spokane after midnight. They went way above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
Our truck towing our fifth wheel trailer broke down about 8 miles outside of Dayton. David and Dustin showed up with 2 separate trucks to tow the truck and the trailer into Dayton. Very courteous, quick and all around great guys. Thanks so much Kyle's Towing for helping get us safely to Dayton Auto Repair (a shout out to Robert there) to help get us back on the road in a timely manner.
KCT&T saved our hide after our 30' RV rental got stuck down a one-lane
road not meant for RVs. We were lucky to find such an experienced towing company. Lesson learned: 1.) Don't take short-cut suggestions from Google Maps. 2.) Know who to call in an emergency. Thanks Kyle!
Kyler was our driver, he was fast, and very very helpful. I will definitely use them again if I am ever in the area. He was on time, hauled our truck and trailer to the closest shop for repair. On a long distance road trip and nearly home, I had a blow out that looked unrepairable. I called up Kyle's towing and had a tow in no time. My driver was great and after some ingenuity we had my Dodge Viper to the shop in no time. While at the shop I had some great conversation and got to see my previously thought unrepairable tire, get patched and get me back on the road. I made it home and didn't need an additional tow. Thank you to the great group of guys at Kyle's Custom Toys & Towing!!! You all turned a stressful event into a great chat and safe end to a long trip.
They are best in town had to get my mobility cart out from impound and it was after hours thanks to the guy on call I was able to get it no problem only issue is they charged me almost 300 dollars to get it out
They are the best towing company hands down. They rescued my 2 teenage daughter and their 2 friends that were headed to Tucannon to go camping for spring break. Their GPS had taken them the wrong direction and up into the mountains on a dirt road that had snow on it and they got stuck and were unable to get out. The 4 girls lucky had phone reception right where they were and able to call me. They were scared in the middle of no where in the mountains and it was getting dark. I called Kyle’s Towing and she had a driver headed to the girls right away. The driver even called me to get as much information as to where the girls were so he could find them. He was absolutely amazing finding them and being able to get them unstuck and off the mountain. The tow truck driver text me letting me know when he found the girls and even when they made it off the mountain.
The girls said he was so nice to them and he even told them the directions to get to Tucannon.
They were amazing especially when you feel helpless and your hours away from helping your children.

Kyle’s was a lifesaver for us. We blew out a tire outside Dayton, driving down to Kyle’s on a donut. Our tires were low (and they seemed to sense a bunch of dumb teenagers in a crisis), so they filled our tires and topped off our oil free of charge.
I Thought I was having alternator issues while skiing at Bluewood, called Kyle and he met me in the lot. Instead of telling me back to town, he brought diagnostic equipment and checked out my car. Everything was running fine and all systems are go. He didn’t charge me and provided great service. I would definitely go with this guy for any automotive need in this area
Got stuck in a snow drift and he came out as soon as he could. When other companies said they will get there when they wake up. Increadibly friendly and great service. God forbid I get stuck again, but if I do he is who I'll call.
Towed my car to the wrong location on 2 different occasions AFTER I confirmed the address both times. One time they didn't even get the town right and they towed my subaru to a Toyota dealer. I mean come on.. Definitely making sure next time I need a tow through roadside assistance that I specifically request that it NOT be from Kyle's Krappy Towing!
Kyle's towing are just incredible! We broke down at 2:00 am and they came right out to help us! They were so polite and kind and went way above to help make our experience more pleasant. They ended up towing our van to Lewiston. If we had to break down, I am so glad we broke down in Dayton where Kyle's is! They are a great company and really wonderful people!
