Out of town so of course a head light has to goes out!!!! No tools, staying at a hotel, have a 7 hour drive home... I didn't expect much. Headed to auto zone hoping to grab the light and tools. Cody was awesome, said, "No need, let me see if I can switch it out real quick." So easy, so quick. Thank you, Cody!!!

They helped me change my battery before work, in and out in under thirty minutes for a cheaper price than another auto parts store quoted me. Super helpful!

The price listed online and the one in their computer didn't match. Of course they chose the higher one to charge me. When I said something they looked confused and said it's the price they chose so instead of buying there I went elsewhere. AutoZone has never been a great place to get parts, convenient yes but counter parts no way, I'm done with them....

Sean is the man! He went above and beyond. He personally installed a new battery for me and explained what and why every step of the way. Afterwards, he checked to see if there was any issue with the alternator and explained the results etc… Very helpful and even keeled dude. Thanks Sean!

Went to AutoZone today to try to troubleshoot my air conditioning problem. Cody knew exactly what I did wrong and how to fix it. They are always friendly and helpful at this store. You should pay Cody more! No, I don't know Cody, but if he were in Real-estate....I would steal him from you:)

I pre-ordered a filter this evening and just have to say: Please respect people's pronouns and gender identity. I felt discriminated against by the lady working the counter this evening. I literally handed her my state ID, and she still mis-gendered me. Please pay attention next time, and learn how to be respectful to people. If you're unsure, you should refer to the person by their first name. This is basic stuff, I shouldn't have to spell it out. Ignorance is not bliss.

This place is not informative on parts the sell parts that fail quickly. We went into this store and had a bad experience with a failed alternator that was sold to us. Given parts go bad we understand that. The pulley stopped rotating and tore the belt to sheds. We ask that they replace the belt as well they denied that and said they would give us 10% of an almost 50$ belt we just bought one week prior. To make things better when they brought the new alternator out to us the pulley had a huge belt in it and looked very beat up so they went to the back and gave me one that was returned or something like that. Is what he said. Our company will never shop at this store again. And to end the story I didn’t buy the belt again!

Came out today to get new windshield wipers for my 2008 Honda Pilot and Cal the manager was so helpful. I purchased wipers and Cal installed them for me. I wanted to give him a little cash and he told me it was his pleasure to help me and to just write a review. He wouldn't take anything thing he was just doing his job. I will definitely use them again. Great service

Ive always had good experiences at this store. They always give the right parts, they are knowledgeable fir thr most part. I had a little incident a couuple days ago i purchased new wiper blades an assoxiate followed me out to the lot and offered to install them. I was grateful as I only have one eye with vision. The next night im on the freeway in a down pour and the wiper blade flew off and there was no where to pull over. Itook it up with an associate when they opened and he wanted me to pay to replace it. Had I been the one to install it no problem. Im not paying for someone elses faulty installation. I damn near wreckrd my whole car over. And could have been fatal given the circumstances. I requested to speak with the owner and the manager gave me s new blade at no cist. Yhat was good because i wiuld have other wise had to wait 4 weeks to afford another. All in all i was very sarisfied and their associates are great thank you auto zone i was.

If I could give this store zero stars I would . I showed up to have my car battery replaced and spent nearly 300 . An employee installed the battery in my car but he also tampered with my vehicle to the point it wouldn’t run . I was stuck in the parking for nearly 3 hours while they laughed at me . The employee broke my connectors from putting the connectors on to tight . When I went back into the store to get help since my car now wouldn’t start they said there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault . My car was running perfectly fine before I got there. They took advantage of the fact I am a young woman who doesn’t know anything about cars . I’m now having to spend hundred to have my car looked at by a shop all because an AutoZone is employee tampered with my car .

It was nice to go into the Washougal Auto-zone and talk to the manager ( Debbie ) and ex-plane what my problem was. She got on the phone sorted my problem out . She took care of all my store needs and had a delivery date for me , in a very short time . It was nice to see excellent customer service again. Yes i would recommend this store .

The associates at this location are so very helpful! They always go above and beyond to help me understand my vehicle and get me going in the right direction. These folks are very personable and professional and if I can help it, I won't take my car needs anywhere else! Also, the COVID precautions are nice as well. I know we are all worried about that these days. I like that they wear masks during interactions with customers and the Plexiglas screens in front of each register is an added bonus. Thanks Debbie and Nikki for everything you have helped me with on my very worn Prius! I will be seeing you very soon for those fuel injectors.....

I've been doing business with AutoZone because it was my closest parts store but I won't do anymore business with them. This AutoZone has terrible customer service (except for two employees) and terrible management (both were the ones I experienced the most unprofessionalism from). I've bought an alternator and starter from them off the shelf in the past two months and both were faulty. I had to pull the parts back out and order new ones from the warehouse. When I went in to have the starter that was just bought tested(it worked and then didn't and then did) the manager told me that it passed three times and almost didn't give me the other one that I ordered until I explained that I was told that I could keep the one I ordered because it was under warranty. And when I looked at the electrical plug in on the faulty starter the prong appeared to be bent. I had given the manager, Cody, a phone call previously and after checking on the delivery status of the ordered starter (the 2nd one) I told him to check all starters, batteries and alternators before they leave the store. He was very curt in his response and when I ended the phone call with an "ok" he just hung up. No apologies (unlike Shannon, the woman I spoke with about this issue) and just hung up the phone. Management doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction and seem to just be there to punch a time card.

We ordered parts that were suppose to be delivered the next morning to the store. Since we did not get a phone call by 9 saying the parts were in, we called the store. The recording said that the store was closed. No reason given, no way to know where the parts are. I called the next closest store and they had no information on the location of the parts I needed. If I cannot count on the store I will not shop there. The least they could have done was to call and give us options, send the parts to another store to be picked up. Very poor or non-existing customer service

Went in today to buy a new battery for our car and was blown away! Deborah was beyond helpful with the battery exchange AND I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Overall thrilled with my experience. Thank you!

I've purchased batteries and windshield wipers for all of my cars and tractors here the past four years and have always had great service. They are knowledgeable, personable and provide amazing customer service. They've helped me identify issues, replace batteries. etc. Andrew is always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This is my go to place for buying anything I need for my car. I have a pretty problematic Volkswagen bug and Noah S. Is always super helpful when I need any help with it. I don't know anything about cars and Noah has helped me multiple times with advice and definitely saved me money by helping me pick out parts. He always greets me as soon as I walk in and makes me feel comfortable, which means a lot to me especially as a girl because I've felt like other auto shop places try and upsell me and take advantage of the fact I don't know much about cars. I will always go here for my car needs, and recommend this store to others because the workers are all so nice!

I went when the store opened and asked to get my code checked on a light that came on. The man at the counter told me he couldnt do it because the other two people who were supposed to show up, didnt. I understood and left. I came back at 1530 again and asked the guy at the counter if he could check the ligh . He said "yes as soon as the guy comes back from checking that other one". So I went outside. When the guy was walking by me, I asked if he could check mine as soon as he was done. He said yes. I waited outside for 10 minutes and neither person came out to help me. That was me asking three people to help me today, and not one was able to. Just for checking a light. This was my first day visiting this store and I do not think I will do so again. I called and let them know that this happened. The guy on the phone was nice, and apologetic but just a little too late.

The workers in here were on the same computer and didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in to the empty store. They weren't helping anyone... Yes this has happened to me three times that I have been in there. No help, no welcome, not even eye contact. Totally ignored all three times. Will not go back! Go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money...

Sherri is the biggest reason I go to this store. I needed a body molding clip which the store in the Dallas oregon failed to find. Took her a few seconds, and she took the time to go and look at the clip I needed on my vehicle since I did not have one to compare in my hand. She is always a great help.

I had a great experience here this evening, the only thing I'm dissapointed about is that I didn't get the names of either gentleman working tonight because I want to be sure they are recognized. I came in with a car with a battery that kept dying and they went above and beyond to help me out and give me advice when we determined it wasn't the battery but something else. I wish I lived in Washougal so it would make sense for me to shop here all the time. Thank you AutoZone!

This is my 1st time coming here and I leave this place speechless cause I’m so amazed by their customer service. I came in here knowing what I want to ask them but didn’t know the correct way of saying it. Instead of saying I don’t know what you’re talking about. Bradley took the time to come out to my car try to fix it and when he can’t instead of telling me he try and can’t do it. He said, let me do some research to figure out how I can help you. He took almost an hour of his time to call Honda spoke with the technician and got the code to fix my daughter car. Bradley, I’m so grateful and amazed by your excellent customer service and your willingness to go and above the call of duty. Thank you so much. They sold us the wrong parts twice. Had to go back a 3rd time to get the correct oil filter. Most of the staff are very nice, however not all of them are capable of getting the correct parts. If you plan on buying parts from this AutoZone ask for a Supervisor to help.

Love this store always friendly people working and I always find what I need. Today, an employee named Casey bought a scent tree for me out of his pocket because I forgot my wallet and I wanted to put the tree in my mom's car after I did a deep clean I wanted it to be all nice for when she got home and because he did that it was ready in time. Thank you autozone!
