Had a car the blew and stripped a spark plug at the cylinder. It was an older car so we decided to go the scrap route to unload it quickly. Shopped around and Junk Car Boys was the most responsive as well as the highest quote around. Scheduling was easy and there contracted tow company picked up the vehicle the same week. Driver of the tow company was courteous and answered all my questions. $ did not change from quote to cash in hand. 5 Stars, would recommend.
They violated the very motto their whole business is built upon. I was asked to accept much less than I was quoted. I uploaded detailed pictures of the car's condition while filling out the form.
The person who came to buy and tow the car seemed nice. It's just that the people that sent him, didn't read the form correctly. I stated on their online form that there were "no keys".
When the driver came he asked for the keys. When I said I had none he called someone and then instead of the "guaranteed" quote, they asked if they could pay $130 less. I didn't argue, I just wanted to cars gone.
So if you want a (at least for me) quick service to pick up your old car, they seem fine I guess. Just remember nothing is ever guaranteed.

After my 2002 volvo needed over a thousand dollar repair, I contacted Junk car boys. Literally before I finished the phone call, tow truck driver was calling. Junk Car Boys were amazing! I submitted for a quote online, had a response in a few hours. I was very pleased with the amount that was offered. More than I was expecting. Mike was very wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, because it was a little late at night, I did not expect a call from the tow company that night, which I didn't. But first thing in the morning, Cole called me and let me know that he will communicate with me when the tow truck would be on it's way to my house. Received a follow up call from Cole a few hours later stating the guy was on his way, 20 minutes later there was a knock at my door! Very professional, exchange of papers was quick and easy! The tow guy even went as far as letting my 11 year old son help by letting him steer the car onto the tow truck. I needed this car sitting in my driveway gone! I was tired of looking at it! They were very friendly and got the ball rolling quickly for pickup of my old explorer. They had great communication with me about when the driver would be there and the driver also called ahead when he was 30 minutes out. I was moving during the day of my pickup so the communication helped me schedule my day accordingly. Once the driver was there the transaction and pick up took all of maybe 7 minutes. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
