I had a 1968 Mustang project car that I wasn't able to complete because of health issues. I contacted Junk boys and Shay got back to me immediately and had an offer within minutes. The person who came to buy and tow the car seemed nice. It's just that the people that sent him, didn't read the form correctly. I stated on their online form that there were "no keys". When the driver came he asked for the keys. When I said I had none he called someone and then instead of the "guaranteed" quote, they asked if they could pay $130 less. I didn't argue, I just wanted to cars gone. So if you want a (at least for me) quick service to pick up your old car, they seem fine I guess. Just remember nothing is ever guaranteed.

In November 2023 my beloved 2000 Honda was beyond repair. I had to figure out what to do with her, as a single senior I didn't have many options. Junk Car Boys was recommended by repair shop. I called, agreed to fair price for her, and arranged pickup. Everything went smoothly, they had all paperwork and cash ready for me, the driver was friendly. He did a inspection, agreed to her condition and off she went. It was a huge stress off my shoulders as I had a lot of other issues to deal with (getting another car). I initially had some issues with the tow company that picked up my car for Junk Car Boys. And I had messaged them to bring up the issues experienced and I did not hear back for awhile. I initially left a bad review which led to them discovering a glitch in their messaging system that caused them not to receive the message I sent. The owner got in contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience with their company and I can happily say that I would highly recommend Junk Car Boys to anyone and everyone that is looking to get rid of an old car fast. Quite honestly, it was the best customer service experience that I have ever had. They have excellent communication and I could tell that they were completely genuine in wanting to make sure that the issues I had were resolved above and beyond my expectations. If I ever end up in the situation again that I need to get rid of a car that isn't running, they will be my first and only call.

This place is amazing. I was on the phone for less than 5 min and they had some scheduled to come out. I signed the title, they handed over the cash and we were done. It was such a fast easy process. What stuck out the most though, was the gentleman I talked to found out we were on our way home from the hospital following an accident my son was in and moved his schedule around so we could get it taken care of that day. I had a pickup that had broken down and it would've cost more to fix it than it was worth and I needed it out of my driveway. I called Junk Yard Boys and left a message. They called back within minutes. We settled on an amount and got a call back from the hauler that would pick it up. The guy gave me a call to let me know that he was on his way and how long it would take him. All in all the service people and the hauler were fast and friendly. I hope I don't, but if I ever need to have another vehicle hauled, I'll call Junk Yard Boys.

From beginning to end, I was treated with respect and they make this whole process very easy!! I got a fair price for my 93 Ford Mustang Andy the payment was made via Venmo which meant I didn’t have to be there for the tow!! Love these guys!! Honest, genuine, neighborly, and efficient: My junk car was out of my eye sight withing two hours of the initial phone call!
