I had a check engine light come on and folks here were able to check the code for me free of charge despite it being after hours. When it turned out to be just an 02 sensor issue, they advised that I'd be ok to continue driving since I was traveling, and this gave me peace of mind to hear. Thanks for the help!
The owner of this business and his kind employees are rockstars. We had a serious issue with the transmission on our ambulance and he was able to come to where we were parked and check it out. Norman towed us for over an hour when we had to get our broken down vehicle from Bridgeport to Wenatchee. Great guy, very friendly, very professional towing and driving. Thank you for all the help, we really appreciated it!
These people are scammers, they towed my car and kept it for 2 hours and charged me $928 dollars. I know I shouldn't have parked in that place but I feel like it was an excessive charge, I gave all the money I had and then I was two weeks without being able to buy decent food. for my children. I just wish they were fairer with the prices and not taking advantage. It's not like they would have taken my car on a golden tow truck.
Scheduled repair/replacement of thermostat quickly during the coldest days of 2024 so far. Needed the vehicle fixed asap, as we had no backup vehicle. Thank you!
Friendly small town aoto shop. They did a good job on my trucks overheating issue. The price was good as to be expected for the work that was done. You get the feeling that these guys take pride in their work. I got a brake job for them to do for me next. Thanks Stormin
Called for a tow, charged us $200 for a 2 minute drive down the block. Had my toddler & 33 weeks pregnant in 90 degree weather. Refused to take us to original location & only offered service & ride to shop (guaranteed money to their company.) definitely a rip off. Never again.
Norm and crew were absolutely awesome! Brought our rig in with powering steering issues, and they were super quick with identifying and solving the problem. Very friendly, and we felt confident and safe taking our truck back out on forest roads. Would absolutely recommend!
Great folks! Fast service, very friendly and made the best of a bummer situation with good humor. Not only was the service great, the owner gave us his professional opinion about what might be the trouble with our rig and suggested we check to see if our insurance covered the tow. They did! We will definitely use Stormin’ Towing for any future roadside mishaps.
We were stuck in Chelan on a Sunday and nothing was open. Norman was very quick to arrive, thorough, friendly and helped us on our way. Even called with updates on his ETA. Thanks, Norm!
Norm is a great guy and a great mechanic. He was able to diagnose and repair my power steering, and did so under the initial estimated cost. During the entire process, he was straight forward, honest, and friendly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on what was going on with my vehicle. It is a small shop that is very busy, and he also runs a towing business, so it may not be the best option if you need really fast service, so keep that in mind.
These guys are a complete ripp off!!! 650 dollars to recover my towed car!!! 650!! It was in there for less than 15 hrs.. Its all B.S! He over charges.. its the only place in town so they know they can take advantage of that.. their open 24 hrs but only advertise a 9 to 5..and closed on weekends. So they can add additional chargers for after hours..you want to get rriped off call them.. your better off calling someone in Wenatchee or even seattle! Please do not use these poeple for nothing!!!

I can honestly say Norman treated me fairly and I cannot say enough good things about the service I received on all of my vehicles.
He never once over charged me for anything and would go out of his way to give me a discount when he could. I give this place 5 stars because of not only from the service I received but also and more importantly, the way I was treated.
Keys locked in truck on a hot Sunday afternoon in a remote area. Contacted Good Sam who contacted Stormin Towing. They came within an hour. We were back on the road in 10 minutes. We are beyond satisfied and grateful.
This company was a HUGE help to me when I needed to get my home moved. They worked out special accommodations for me and spent so much extra time to make sure I could get it where it needed to be. I’m so appreciative of them for everything they did.
My trike was towed from Chelan to entiat. I was charged $600+ for a normally $250 fee. Even though I had a friend call and get a quote for the same thing and she was quoted $250 also. My keys were not returned with my motorcycle and I called to speak with the lady and she was very rude with a screaming child in the background and more or less called me a liar and said she never got the keys. I will be filing a grievance with the powers-that-be because this place is a rip-off
