Excellent customer service but now because of corporation they cannot install batteries that you purchased from them like they have always done in the past this really sucks for us old boys okay for you young whippersnappers change it back to what it was Make everybody happy !!!!

According with one of the guys at the store you can walk into the store and cut off the waiting line of people trying to get attended.
That happens to me and when I asked them why do they allowed another customer to cut off the line they told me that they don’t respect the line and whoever walks to the front desk gets attended no matter how many people are waiting in line. Staff is very unprofessional and really needs customer service training. I know this won’t change anything at the store just want to share my opinion and what happens to me during my visit at the cashmere store.
This is not the first time I stop at the cashmere store to get auto parts but definitely be my last.
The parts guy spent at least an hour looking for our part. It was off old orchard equipment I had nothing for him to go buy exept the part and I thought it was from the 50ş or 40ş. He definitely gave 100 percent!!
Wouldn't help me find a part. And left me standing for check out for minutes as there was no one else there.. 2 of The employees Employees picked up the phone just how that is walking up as it didn't even ring..
I shudder to think what would have happened without the employee's help. I had a mystery coolant problem in my older model prius. The employee (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) advice pointed me in the right direction that I should have a Toyota dealership look at it before I drove in 100ﾟ heat. Who knows what might have happened without his advice. Thank you very very much!!
Oddly unfriendly, considering their motto. My first ever visit to this store, I'm the only customer in there. Guy didn't want to be friendly or helpful so I left.
Whether you constantly work on cars and are well experienced or you have no idea what your looking at Jerry's is the place to go. O'Reilly's and autozone are a place to go if you dont need anything beyond the counter or help. Basically like going to Walmart. Jerry's has the best people willing to go above and beyond to get whatever it may be done with the right parts the FIRST time and if its custom they'll help figure it out. Best parts store best service and your not gunna find the same grade of effort anywhere else.
Nice staff but also some of the prices kinda sting I put it in the middle because I only have few other experiences at other stores so my objectivity is not a full balance one day I'll shop around so I can be more objective their prices may even be the best I can't really say at the moment
The staff at Jerry's helped me out by bringing a new car battery right to my house and installing it for me at no charge. That means a lot to us ladies who know nothing about cars. Thank you guys, I highly recommend your shop. 5 stars...😃
