Had a very specific and hard to find part just happen to roll in the same day I called. I searched all over tri cities and drove to prosser to see these awesome people. They hooked me up with the part and a great price.
I walked in on Friday for a windshield replacement , and had made the appointment on Monday. I brought in my car early in the morning and waited. Nearing an hour before closing time I came in to ask and was told the trim was "needed to be looked at" leaving my car at the establishment overnight. The next day I came in around the same time and asked about it. I waited an hour and was told that they bearly finished putting on the windshield with the sealer still being wet. I waited another day same time and then was told that a part was needed . They were also given clips and were unable to replace them properly. This took over 3 days and it was still not complete.
The price was 3/4 of what other places cost , but they did a mediocre job putting on the windshield. The top haveing uneven glue sticking out. The main problem I had was that throughout all of this, not once was I called by them. I was never called for my parts arriving, not for the trim , nor any updates were ever given to me ahead of time. I was only told everything when I called or was in person about an hour before closing time.

communication is awful outside of the facility I need to be there to even get any response from them.
Called ahead of time and talked to Eric about having a window ready for us. We came from out of town for it, and then he tells us that we have to pay for it and come back the next day. That's ridiculous.
Fantastic experience. Called in the morning for a spindle and hub assembly. Mr. Mendoza called me when he had it ready for pick up. Drove up and picked it up. Very clean and courteous operation. Excellent price.

Sorry haven't been there in 2 years not sure why this app said I was there recently. I wasn't. But when I did go they were a clean business, even wore latex gloves. Prices were a bit spendy for me but I'm broke so that's a lot of businesses for me.
Very helpful actually didn't have my part but with out me needing to ask was told exactly where to go that would have my part very good customer service bilingual also and I highly recommend it
This place is a shady place don't have the work on your vehicle or buy parts half of the invitatory is hot as there under investigation for well over 145 stolen vehicles from Jan of this year
A cleaner wrecking facility will not be found. Well organized and nicely configured. This is a family organization and for the most part your english language is not going to be well received. Bring your Spanish speaking skills for the premium experience. However, I must say that all of my experiences with this business is that they go the extra mile, stay late, come in on their day off etc. to help you with your needs. Additionally they have competitive pricing. I highly recommend.
Its has ok service they could speed things up though. They stall on getting parts for but i least you dont have to get dirty cause they pull the parts for so thats a plus.
ZERO is not an option. Requested a email quote and asked how to place a hold till I could pick the item up. No reply on how to place a hold! Tried calling, after 10 min of hold no answer. Finally got through on my next break and they sold the item...
Really bad customer service. Called to ask for a couple of car parts. As soon as I finished talking was placed on hold without the person saying anything and never got back to. After 10 minutes of waiting I hung up. Called again and the same thing. Seems like this guys aren’t interested on doing business. Will take my business elsewhere.
Great costumer service when spoke to over the phone, After a misunderstanding, I was taken care of immediately, the manager there is great to work with he went above and beyond to assist me. :)
