Do NOT BUY from this place was told they have a hood and went to buy and put it on and noticed things that I did not notice earlier, I went back to return the item or even switch an item out and was left with a rude answer and then saying they won’t work with me and do any returns, this is the only junkyard I have been that does not do returns if you need anything I highly recommend FINLEY AUTO WRECKING or U PULL IT they offer 30 day returns stay away from this place ghetto service lying staff
This man is a complete thief I would not come here if he was the last person with anything for sale I'd rather try to build it than to go to this man guarantee something will fit and it don't and they don't do returns nor is he willing to work with me so I have four tires that don't fit anything and he don't do returns
Pésimo servicio. El personal es muy agresivo, al intentar reclamar la garantía de un producto se pusieron a la defensiva y agredieron verbalmente a mi papá que es una persona mayor, al grado de incitar a los golpes por una mercancía!!!! Al final no querian regresar ni el dinero ni el producto que les devolví (el cual por cierto no servia). Tengan cuidado si van a comprar ahi.
Shame they had to stoop to buying stolen car parts, they probably hired people to do the robbing, take your business elsewhere to those that deserve it.
Good selection, good prices. Only way it could be better is if i could pull the parts myself. Give them a check before you buy a new part. When i attempted to sell them a scrapcar, i was quoted a value and told they were going to call back after talking to tow driver. During the call back, the value was cut in half, and the pickup date pushed out. Not as though the location changed, or the car became less of a scrap car. Chose to find a different scrapper for it.
This place was the worst. The office staff is so unprofessional especially vitulia. Her language was fowl she is disrespectful and her customer service was horrible. They ordered the wrong size of tire and blamed it on me after a picture of the tire size was sent to them and after several other tires on the same vehicle where purchased. Then was charged $33 for THEIR mistake. I will never ever use this company again. Nor will I ever send clients their way. I have file a claim with the BBB and an investigation will be set fourth.
