Not only do they pay the least amount of money for your vehicle ,and of course you must have the title and in your name, don't forget that. As they are putting the truck on the flatbed the rookie tow truck operator doesn't notice the slack in the line and it rolls back into my nice perfect black car doing major damage to my driverside doors, plural and nearly ripping the mirror off my car. Now I have to deal with insurance crap. A headache that could have been avoided if the guy was more careful. By the way they pay a whopping 200 for your vehicle. My advice shop around and go elsewhere to have your vehicle scrapped or they might hit your working vehicle like they did mine. Thanks Big Tow. For nothing!
The owner was super responsive. I came from a few hours away and when I got there my part was ready to go. Something was damaged on my part and he was upfront and honest. They even knocked a little off the price! I'd definitely do business again with them.
These guys charged me $342 to tow my vehicle for literally 3 min and my car worked and they had the keys took them like 20 min and they charged me that much is a rip off!
All I want for Christmas is to give this place a zero star rating but I won't be getting it, just like my friend and his truck. His truck was stolen earlier this year and picked up by these crooks. When he found out about it they told him he needed $2500 in order to get it. He informed them that he lost his job because of the truck getting stolen and that it'll be hard for him to come up with that kind of money but he tried when he finally found a way to get the money they said to come in and when he got there they told him that it now be $4100 by noon the next day or the truck will be auction'd off. They were cold and with out one ounce of sympathy or compassion. Then to add insult to injury, when he asked if he could get his belonging(if any were in the truck) out of the vehicle,they said "The truck and everything inside it now belongs to us."
Please share this story so we can stop this from happening to anymore of our friends and family's. These people have too much power and good people are becoming helpless victims to these evil people who could have done a great thing for a good man at Christmas time but instead chose to leave him still vehicless after the truck was stolen. Late last night I needed a tow in remote area of southeastern Washington state. Called triple A using membership. Had to upgrade for additional $50 because of commercial vehicle. Waited over 1 hr. No response. Called triple A back & found out they couldn’t get a truck out until morning. Called Big tow because I know of their good reputation. Truck & very capable driver arrived promptly. Thank you Big tow for helping
They need to get the place up to date and in this decade. Phone calls are near impossible to get someone who understands or is able to help you. In person very nice but still no one has any idea what there doing. Covid free no crazy governors mandates here 5/11/2021
They gave me the best price on my scrap vehicle and they towed away for free. The junkyard itself is never open when I pass even during normal business hours.

It's totally subjective but after searching every other wreaking/salvage yard in the tri-cities they found my part and got back to me fast. Had a terrific picker, very careful not to break the delicate part and the receptionist was very friendly and amazing to work with!
Call them for a part, they'll shop and give you a price later. $650 plus tax and core for a motor with unknown miles?!?! Gotta be stupid. Motor in question was a plain old 4.3 Chevy V6, nothing uncommon at all. They sold a motor to a friend of mine, with nicely written compression #s on it, all great numbers. $800 for a dodge 5.9!?!? Really? Motor began smoking badly, and of course, they had no proof of mileage and by now you should know they make up compression numbers. Will NEVER recommend this place or purchase anything.
My car broke down not even a block away so I called them and told them “Hey I broke down just by the coffee shop my car just stop running while I was driving can I have it towed here and checked out and fixed” them “ yes we can tow it and have it looked at no problem” me “Great !!!!!” They kept my car and then called me and told me your motor blew out so I went and pre payed 600 cash then on pay day came back to pay 800 more for a whole engine (used) put in it was used as they explain but when I went to pick up my car omg that bad boy was so bad and when we went in to tell them before leaven the place the mechanic told me I put your engine in but didn’t test drive it so I’m telling u your good for 48 hours if not I’ll fix it free of charge. Needing my car for my kids I took it but I came back on Monday and the out come was very unreal they told me my car was totally non fixable so we tryed to make things right I got another car from them and not even 12 hour later my children where helping me push the car off the road again!!!!!( I forgot to mention the part that my first car stayed on the freeway after the mechanic assured he did a good job!!!!!! And my children had to help push there too and a nice lady gave us a ride home and her husband come to help tow my other car where he discovered the motors had bolts popped out the motor any was long story short I owe them for labor even thoe I have no car at all and I’m the one who is a accused of trying to get them for money this place is by far the WORST place and the state needs to go and do a check on all mechanic certification cus Iv never had a mechanic not test his job and flat out admit it and want pay for this. Ps I had to give back the car they sold me also it just didn’t want to go either here there or no wherez
Horrible customer service. Ladies at the front desk were rude not only in person but over the phone. Put me on hold multiple times in the same phone call. I misheard and said hi and they told me to hold in a very rude tone. Highly recommend going somewhere else not only for better deals but don’t support people like this

Had a question about tire chains. Called about 10min to 5 Pm. First time parts people just hung up on me. Second time I was on hold until well after 5 Pm. The question I had took all of 10 seconds. The whole time I was on hold people picked up then just hung up again. Not one person picked up and said "were very busy do you mind holding". Very frustrating Experience to say the least.
One of my friends referred me here. She had an excellent experience so I thought I'd give it a try. Big Toe has been nothing but amazing and helpful to me. I bought a car from them and they have worked with me from day one. I have nothing bad to say about them. I read all the other reviews and I'm suprised they are so negative. I'll be going back to buy another car after I've paid this one off for sure.
I bought a hood for a 2006 mustang they gave me a 2011 hood. when it would not fit, they would not return my money, Yard credit only, plus a 10% restocking fee. do not buy from them.
They are liar's and are not to be trusted. I called about a bumper they had and asked them if it had any damage to which they had said no. I told them I was driving there from Seattle and had them double check to make sure the part was good, they informed me it was in good shape. So I drive down from Seattle (3 1/2 hrs) only to find that the part was in fact damaged and had chunks of paint missing off of it. Needless to say I didn't buy the part. There's 7 hrs of my life I won't get back, at least the drive was nice :/
I kept calling and they kept saying that they’d finally call me back, and never did until about 5 days later when I called in and one of the drivers finally called me back. He made it out there, but what would have been a 10 minute transaction turned into 45 minutes of him bashing on my religion. I also left a box of stuff in my car, and when I went to pick it up, I found that they had stolen things out of it.
I had the pleasure of working with Big Toe when I was in a bit of a jam. Code Enforcement was at the end of their rope with dealing with me and wanted action. Being disabled among other stumbling blocks I really needed someone with extra TLC. That is exactly what I got with Big Toe. They did everything they could to help me and I really appreciate it. I highly recommended them based on my experience, they could not have done a better job!!
Worst customer service ever. Cashier clerk lied to us about returns & so called manager violates WA state law refusing a refund of cash for not having a working part that is paid for on my receipt. The company is refusing to provide a working part and has ludicrously demanded that we release our vehicle for their scrap boys to work on it. Like umm NO thank you. I have an ASE master mechanic at a licenced bonded shop. Not some dirty scrap yard. Lol. See ya in court.
Recieved 2 bad transmissions and would not refund money unless they did work on vehicle. Never heard of this in the 22yrs of wrenching. Total scammers. Do not buy anything from this company!
Just called to try and get my car towed and possibly sale it, only to have the a**hole driver laugh at me and tell me he got a different make and model from 2007 for $100. I told him if he was offering $100 I would take it I was not trying to make a killing off of it. he proceeded to laugh and say he passed. he was a total jerk the whole time on the phone. I will definitely not be referring them or even trying to do business with them ever again.
it doesn't matter if you're buying used parts from the junkyard or having them do work on your car or buying a car from them they're all around honest and at fair prices and that's hard to find anymore

About three weeks ago. Had my BMW towed. The driver did not know anything about bmw car. He hooked up
Tow hook but did not tight enough then start pulling got loosed almost massed up the car. no big damages. Anyway take long time to get work done. Now i can not found my tow fitting hook. That was bad day. I am never going to use them again. That time also not my choic it was my insurance picked up for me.
Later called driver. Didn't get it back. Recommends to people make sure don't forget the hook. If you have to use them whatch and check everything they did.
Just had the pleasure of following a driver in their flat bed, he was all over the road because he was too bothered to put down his cell phone to drive, even better when he was driving down Columbia Drive and I got to watch him disappear to bend down to pick up whatever it was he dropped on the floor. Amazing how horrible people drive that do it in company trucks and do it all day long. Great representation for a company.
