I called them and asked them to save a spare part for me so that I could come on the weekend to buy it, I drove at 4 hours and I hear in response, sorry, we sold your spare part yesterday, Think twice whether to do business with such people!
Went in for a part off of a honda it was a 100$ brand new i was looking for something cheaper and the clerk Gonzalez was super rude and tried to charge me 200$ for a used part when I could get it new for half as much absolutely ridiculous and the customer service was the worst Ive seen at one of these stores I will never be returning
El lugar está listo para que encuentres las piezas necesarias para tu vehículo, hay una agran variedad de partes que puedes extraer de cada auto , la herramienta es muy necesaria para que puedas lograr extraer cada pieza , debes llevarla tu mismo, es cierto que ahi te pueden vender algunas herramientas pero no son suficientes para lograr el trabajo completo que requieres hacer .
Cars were all pretty new. Very well organized and as clean as it can be.Had a few hand washing stations that werevery convenient. Also liked that they gave FREE water bottles to customers. Highly recommend Only thing I complain about if I had to would be wear bug repellant because there was a ton of Bees and spiderwebs but that was to be expected. Not really a place for small/young Children because of the obvious. cars propped upon Rims broken glass, car parts,etc. Otherwise it was a great place.
Great prices found what I was looking for for one of my 8th gen civics will continue to keep going as I've been these past years ..few junkyards that actually lets you go in by yourself no rush ..
Second tri cities location!!
Pasco has been great over the years and im confident that this new location will be too. I appreciate the new development theyre bringing to the east Kennewick/Finley area, and from the looks of it, they did not hold back expenses as it will pay off with our growing community of Diy'ers and independent mechanics. Location is easy to find just outside of town and its a welcome addition to this side of the columbia river.
Im excited to see their inventory in the coming months as well as their facebook updates which is where i originally found out about this location. It’s a bit dusty and chaotic, which I guess comes with the territory for a fresh junk yard, but the folks running it are friendly enough and willing to point you in the right direction if you ask.
All in all it’s got potential to be a real asset for DIYers and mechanics around here. Glad to see local businesses popping up as the town grows—keeps the dollars close to home. I’ll be back next time I need a part or just want to poke around for a project.
