I was in Kennewick at 4th in Kennewick ordered 5 small parts which they had to order,Ipaid in full and gave my name and phone# they said they would email a receipt and would call when they got parts on about the 9th. All I needed was the ph.# associated with the order for pickup.On the 10th my friend went to pickup parts and they after 1hr found 1 of 5 that were paid for and that's all. No email nocall,and 1 fifth of the parts,but what i did get was hours of time spent dealing with autozone.I can't see a business in this fashion.
Ordered a part got a call from one of the employees it was ready for pick up. Turns out i went to pick up the part and they sold my part that I was waiting for 5 days to someone else. Thank you so much autozone.
Great place to get a new battery for your car or SUV. I got my Mercedes battery with them and the guys there did all the work and put it in for me. Very friendly staff and I will be back for all my automotive needs.
Israel was very helpful in finding the parts I needed. Very polite as well and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for auto parts to come here first.
I discovered last night that I had a headlight out.
I went to Autozone, Robert helped me pick out new lightbulbs.
Then he came out and installed them for me.
There are like 30mph winds out there and he took care of my headlights for me.

I went to see if my battery and alternator were working because my battery wasn't charging. I was told all was working fine. Now I took it to someone to so was it could be and it ends up being the alternator.
Very good experience. Needed marker lights on my subaru. The employee was more than willing to figure out how many lights were burned out. Great job!!!
Sergio at this Autozone is the most wonderful person on the planet. He fixed the lights on my friend’s car after we noticed they were out on our long drive to Idaho. Without him we could have crashed and died in the foggy valley ahead of us. Love you Sergio!
Today was a HECTIC DAY but This store absolutely went out of their way and made my day BETTER. They installed my new battery that I just purchased at another Autozone store. I asked if they could install because I have noone to help and it being after 5pm but they said it was too difficult to remove. So I decided to buy a jumpstart incase I needed a jump for tomorrow morning until I could figure something out. To my surprise, they offered to look at it for me and said, “Yes we can install it for you”. I am beyond grateful for these men (Chris G & Martin) for their excellent customer service.
My car over heated, stopped here and Luis was able to help diagnose the problem, assist with fixing it, and get me back on the road. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Website said the part I needed was in stock so I headed down. After being referred to as a man(I'm a tall woman) a couple times before finally being told they don't actually have the part and I should try one of their competitors. Cool, I will.
On about the day of March 14th 2024 went to this location to AutoZone to purchase oil for vehicle specifically to quart - asking specifically what type of oil is recommended to 4 GM I was told by representative Valvoline after leaving the store I was given an off-brand STP I called the store back and explained what had happened the person on the telephone said mobile or Pennzoil
Came in on a Saturday and it was rather busy but they had plenty of people working so it didn't take long. Customer service was great. I purchased a battery and was able to have it installed right away.
Quick in and out. I had already pulled up the part I needed on my phone prior to going there to make sure they had it, and so I could just show them exactly what I needed rather than play 20 questions. Employees were nice and friendly.
Was having battery problems, took my vehicle to get battery checked. Eric helped us out. Put the tester on it and battery was bad. Asked if they can replace the battery locally. He took care of it immediately. Under 10mins. Great service!
Our first interaction was with Evan we need it a bearing for my SUV they only had one at the store so he try to help us the best he could by ordering the part we need it for our SUV and said to come back at 530pm the will leave the box with they had there with my name write on it so they know "it was someones"
We went back at 540pm the kid who helped us was new and he was taking forever then I will guess (the manager) a nice young lady noticed we had been waiting for maybe 10/15 minutes and she send someone else to look for the parts I had ordered. They find one but the other one was nowhere to be found.
Then this young lady went and try to look for it but she couldn't find it either so she told me that most likely they had misplaced or sold it already.
The customer service from Evan and the young lady was good the other kid was kinda slow and he didn't know what he was doing I was not too pushy about it because it look like he was new.
But I'm very disappointed that I waited all that time just for the other piece to be sold or misplaced.
The new manager Salvador was kind, compassionate, helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I had such a positive experience I immediately started thinking of people I knew that would enjoy working with him at his location since they're hiring. Thank you!
