Went to ask to see if I could get day time running lights for my tacoma and was given awful service. The person at the front desk never greeted and the one girl with the short hair was on her personal phone and did not acknowledge me coming in. As for the day time running lights they just pointed to where its at and walked away. Very poor customer service as they do not care about the customers that walk in.

Bought many things from O'Reilly and tried a return of one item I didn't use while buying even more. And no dice. Disappointing. Guess ill try a competitor in the future.

Attendants stepping on each other to help as soon as I stepped in. Had a simple order and question both handled quick and fluent. Certainly returning, as little as possible. Hang in there Yukon.

What an amazing store! Nido and Alex were very, very helpful to me today with the replacement of my low beam lights and my brake lights. I did not expect that kind of service from just an auto parts store. The atmosphere in there was very cheery. They were fun. They engaged and really gave customer service at a five star level. !!

The Clearwater Oreilys is who I do most of my business with they are friendly and always get me the right part. I own a mobile repair business and I am busy 7 days a week and Oreilys really does make my repairs go much smoother by getting me the correct part/parts or specific information like fluid type,capacity,etc.. they really do have my back. You guys rock!

Overall, a normal auto parts shop. I've always thought this location was ideal being I live only a few minutes away and have never had poor service or issues with the staff. If you have any questions, you can always check online or just phone the store to see if the item you require is in stock or if it must be ordered and delivered. Having said that, the shipping time I've experienced has been speedy with no issues.

first of all the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was sold spark plugs for my '96 crown Victoria three the plugs thread pitch and for Dodge vehicle we were very fortunate that they were the same thread pitch. after taking the car apart replacing all the plugs three of them were not the same part number the manager looked at me told me nothing they can do about it it was my fault because I didn't check the plugs. they were in the same box as the correct ones he was rude about it offered me no options they were longer and so the valves bent the tips of the plugs

I stopped by to grab some windshield wipers, was greeted right away by Alex, he offered to help me replace them quick, also it was dark and the raining, he was very knowledgeable about the process on how to get the car into service mode since the wipers are under the hood when resting, it’s always a relief these days to experience good customer service in a corporate business, Thank you, Alex!

I transport pets coast to coast, and as I was passing through the area, I broke my serpentine belt and ended up stranded on the interstate. These guys went above and beyond, and an hour before closing time, they sent someone out to me with the belt and the tools I would have needed if I did. These guys saved my butt, and I'll forever be thankful for their kindness and generosity.

The staff are really nice, patient and always willing to help you find what it is that you might be looking for. The delivery time is awesome. I always come here for simple things like oil for my car and other accessories.

My 20 years old Mercedes S500 head light so old and not bright enough. I purchased the new light bulbs. Ben was helping me replace all 4 light bulbs at no time. I am so thankful for his service.

Excellent service. The manager, Cory, has really set the bar high with this store. We have several competitors close by and this is always my first stop. If they don't have it or can't get it I probably don't need it.

I've always received good customer service. On the phone and in store. Their knowledgeable! If there's more than one option on a particular part. Weather it be price or performance. Or your budget.

Their employees never seem to know ANYTHING about vehicles, parts, or even how to look them up on their own system computers, much less anywhere online. It's very sad and makes me feel very awful for the employees. It's obvious they're not vetted properly, aren't paid enough - not even enough to care and I'm sure the benefits suck. How SAD and AWFUL the owners/chain/whatever are SO GREEDY, they can't pay the proper people enough to care to know the correct information even without having to look it up and probably don't give very good benefits and therefore can't even retain enough people to stay long enough to at least learn all the info necessary to actually help customers people out of repition of actually doing it for a significant amount of time that it's become easy pay lemon squeezy. Therefore, every customer has to know ahead of time what they're looking for and be sure that what comes up from the back is exactly that. But, rest assured, the first one won't be. Also, be assured that if you've looked online and it shows it's in stock and, when you go to pick it up, any employee won't be able to find it (not in the computer, no matter what numbers you give them; and not by the year, make, or model of the vehicle either) but it IS back there. Last, but not least, don't expect any of the parts' books (for windshield wipers, oil filters, air filters, etc., that help you get the correct interchangeable parts for your vehicle) to have all their pages. At least the employees are usually nice.

The workers were funny and helpful. We struggled a bit to find wipers with the right adapter for my car but the guys made sure I was taken care of and came me advice for another problem they didn't have replacement parts in stock for. 10/10 would recommend.

Service here is simply amazing. Alex helped under my hood to find the right replacement alternator, and before I even asked had offered to lend me his personal tools to do the job on the spot AND stayed after his shift until I was back on the road. This man deserves a big raise. Also his friend working alongside there is a gem. Anyone leaving less than 5 stars must have been served by someone else… Alex hit me up if you’re ever in Montreal I owe you many beers.

Spent $36 on 5 quarts of Pennzoil yesterday at lunch. Went to put oil in my truck this morning and realized I bought a container that someone had previously opened and removed a quart. I called the store and spoke with Tyler to let him know this happened so he might keep an closer eye on inventory. Went in today to get some steering fluid, and saw the clerk who checked me out yesterday, and asked if Tyler had shared my experience with him. His response was, "We don't sell any product that has a broken seal." Needless to say, that is the last time I'm giving O'Reilly Auto parts a chance. Heck, it's not like I even asked for money or oil back. I did the nice thing and let them know it happened, because I would think they would want to know. Maybe they're all in on it. We will see what the district manager has to say when I call him.

Richland O'Reilly's Auto Parts store helped me get the correct part to get my car going again. Excellent customer service very nice people. Mark one of the managers was really very helpful. Kudos to Mark for great customer service.

horrible customer service. they can’t help me w my windshield wiper that i purchased here. also the worker said they aren’t checking engine either only for today?? when it’s offered on the WINDOWS!!! hm sounds like someone doesn’t want to do their job ? thanks for nothing. do not recommend this location to anyone

I blew a hundred amp fuse I needed one in a hurry. I expected to pay a lot more but it was surprisingly cheap. I literally was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Staff tried to be helpful but I knew exactly what I needed, although it was nice to be acknowledged.
