Salvadore was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my car, taking the time to explain everything I needed and making sure I got the right parts. It’s rare to find someone who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back because of their excellent service!
I went in just now to replace my car battery. Salvador helped me right away, was able to quickly find what I needed, and had the battery replaced in my car in minutes. It was just the kind of customer service that you hope to get. A+
Asked a simple question and no one knew the answer. They looked something up on the computer and told the they "think" it is the right fluid. No one seemed to have an answer. I googled it and searched a bit and foubd the right answer. The one gal had no clue what I was talking about. Not impressed with the knowledge of the many associates in there
Gentlemen was very kind and helpful with my check engine light. He came out, plugged in his machine and printed out all the information needed. He was not pushy to buy anything and was good with kids.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon arrival. They have a huge selection of additives and other engine and transmission oil related products at fair pricing. The store is clean, organized, and well sticked. The check-out process is quick and easy.
Autozone is the best parts store to ever exist. Jaunita is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She helped me install a battery in my car. Make sure to live the pledge!!
They just put in a self checkout station. All the workers look around staring at you expecting to use it. Then when you use the self checkout it makes you input all your information. Get rid of all this automation
I've head a few rough experiences at this location due to inexperienced employees which is totally understandable. But today, Christina Souder redeemed the Clearwater Autozone for me! I will be back and i will quit cheating with oriellys. Somebody needs to give Christina her own store to manage. The staff respected her, she is knowledgeable, and she helped me on a day I am pretty sure God was testing me to see how far he could push me before I would slap a puppy.
I needed help to change some lights and I had the fortune of being helped by the store manager. She was fast, knowledgeable, and very professional. I even offered her a tip but she politely, and with a smile in her face, refused it saying that it was against the “company policies”. I will definitely be suggesting this store to people.
Was on my way to get a diagnostic and my check engine light was blinking. Kristina was able to help me and handled my situation amazingly; She referred the items I needed and potential mechanics that could help me out if any major problems arose after.
It was a busier day, I was just getting off of work and a bit stressed. I thank her for her time, grace and appreciation for making my day a little less stressful, and a better one.
I hope myself and others have the opportunities to come across more people like her in this lifetime.
Christina is the definition of phenomenal customer service. I drive from West Richland to the Kennewick location and have for several years because I know I can count on being well taken care of. Thanks to her I’m back on the road and able to go out of town safely this weekend for a family event.
Took an hour and didn't have everything I needed for a water pump replacment. Managment didn't help the guy behind the counter and he didn't know anything about cars. Plus he didn't know how to spell car part words. Real headache. I'm never going back.
Younger and younger people working here. Nothing wrong with that... I just wish these folks would have an interest in mechanics before working here. Can be reliable when they can put everything in a computer. Hint: You don't need to know what size engine I have when I'm asking for 'x' feet of 3/8 hose. Love the selection on hand and the quickness with getting parts.

I stopped in with a quick question about the paint on my (oooooold) car & polishing compound. I'm a firm believer in good customer service never going unrecognized so, JR~ thank you! He was very kind & extremely knowledgeable. He came out to my car and answered all of my questions about polishing compound & wax~ I was asking about oxidized paint~he broke it all down for me. And to think I almost didn't stop! Being female, you never know how your questions are going to be received when walking into a place like this, but JR was super helpful & kind and treated me with the utmost respect. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you buy anything from here make sure it is not used! I bought a starter yesterday, did not use it once. Took mine out first tested it & made sure it worked. The only reason I bought the starter was just in case because my husband works nights and was working on the car in the night! Went to return the starter telling them we didn't need it and didnt even touch our car. They had the audacity to sit there an argue about it for almost an hour! Had the manager calling me all kinds of names! You can check your cameras! Your red tape was hanging off the starter when I unboxed it. Super unsatisfied! If I could give you negative 5 stars I would.
I came in needing brake pads and had an idea of what i needed. However, not only was the service and selection phenomenal but the personality and kindness from Kristina really blew me away! She provided such a great experience that it has made it easy for me to recommend this exact location to all of my close friends and family!
Great Auto Zone. Went in to grab a cabin air filter and some Lucas Oil fuel treatment, and got my fuel treatment and was helped bug an amazing employee named Kristine I believe, and she was super helpful and got my air filter. They had a promotion going on for the Chevron Techron fuel treatment, and I didn’t even have to explain to her that I was brand loyal. Napa, take notes.
We just stopped in to get my car a new battery before we left town this weekend, we were able to buy it and have it installed by one of the workers in less than 20 minutes. Because of my car type he wasn’t technically supposed to install for us but he did anyway. He was extremely helpful! Did not catch his name but we will recommend to other friends + fam!
Went to the store this morning needed to have my battery and alternator check. JR was a great help checked both and told me I needed a battery. He found the right one for my van , he took the old one out and put the new in for me. JR was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be going back to AutoZone for all my needs when it comes to my van or my car.
First time experience with autozone instead of O'Reillys definitely was a mistake. Went in today to get a couple of things and the parts sales manager was beyond lacking on customer service or care. I had to approach him to get help. I was the only customer in the store so you'd think I'd get a "good morning" or "can I help you find anything" there was no effort on his part he barely could answer my questions on the rewards program and couldn't even say thank you or wish me a good day which I said to him while I was at the door leaving. Terrible service I recommend going to a store with a more competent staff. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience.
Even if they didn't have in stock what I needed or even if I had to return a part, this particular AutoZone parts store has been incredible. The staff is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and I'm taken care of. As I left tonight, in the middle of a small ice storm, I overheard one of the staff offer to help a young couple install their new headlight for them free of charge so that it could be done quickly and they wouldn't have to be out in the rain. It got me to thinking as I drove home and I realized that I've never had a bad experience at this store.
