My favorite parts store because the workers are well mannered, the AC blows nice in the store. NAPA parts are generally the best choice of aftermarket parts if you can’t do OEM, they also have connectors (weather pack) great place for a parts store

This is what an auto parts store is supposed to be. Knowledgeable staff that can actually help the customer find the part get the answer and think outside the box when needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My go-to place when I need autoparts.

Just went into this store needing help to replace my windshield wipers of all things (so embarrassing). I didn't catch his name but a young guy in the back was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL and reassured me that people come in all the time for this. Please give this man a raise!!!!

Such kind employees. The man helped pick out wiper blades and installed them for me. Told me about antifreeze and the different kinds and what is the best way to use it. He was very helpful to me...I am not from the child area I am now living in. Very thankful for his help.

Very disappointed. I am a long time customer who purchased many "lifetime warranty parts". Now they no longer offer these warranties and they are refusing to honor their products that were bought with these warranties. Clearwater Napa, you have lost a customer. Addendum: Corporate NAPA intervened and this situation was resolved with corporate intervention.

This store employs folks without any knowledge or critical thinking skills. 15 years ago they were my go-to if I was needing irregular parts or some creativity. Now they don't know where to look for basic parts or tools unless the computer specifically tells them where to find it in the store. Incredibly disappointing experiences lately and I won't go back.

Bought a battery installed on my vehicle was dead, left charging overnight. Battery no good. Went to store to exchange, told they needed to charge it first to check it before they can replace or return my money. Will not buy anything from this napa again.

Sell oil, but don't accept used oil? I'll go to a store that dies and buy more oil there. And Bill hustled to tell me no...and didn't even bother to suggest an alternative.

Don't go here!!! I've been shopping at Napa for a long time, and I can say that this Napa on clear water in Kennewick is the worst I tried to return a battery, I had lost my receipt for my Core charge, they kept me there for a 1/2 an hour looking for the battery in their computer and When they couldn't find it they proceeded to tell me they weren't going to be able to honor the core charge return. I can't believe they did this for $15 they've lost a customer for life.

It's Napa, never have I been to one with people that didn't seem to hate life. Stood at the counter until I had to say excuse me. He knew I was there.

Came here for some motor oil. They didnt have what i needed on the shelf. Went up to the front counter and stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Made eye contact with employees several times yet not one of them acknowledged me being there. Dont make the mistake i did... go to O'Reilly's and get some axtual service

Certain workers are incompetent there. It took them three times to get the correct oil!!!!! Another worker come along to help because he was about to pull up a wrong order again and they stood there and argued. the incompetent one thought he still had it right and he didn't!

I was helped right away and the salesman asked me saying there are two types of plug wires for my car. One for $40.00 and another for $47.00. The later one has a lifetime warranty. I went with the warranty.

NAPA, as many of you are likely aware, is the best of the "auto parts store you can find like three of in any town" auto parts chains. They'll have random odds and ends that AutoZone and O'Reilly's won't. I would recommend going with them over the other two given a choice.

My friend and I were there searching for very specific pieces to a small engine that we ordered online. The sales rep spent better than a 1/2 an hour with us making sure we had everything we thought we would need as it turned out we did get everything we needed and the engine works great thanks to them taking time to help us . Additionally store was clean, it was near closing and they're about ready to go home, but still didn't Hurry us out.. Perfect example of excellent customer service.

I was in there a week ago looking for 8, 8x1,25 mm metric stud bolts , they had them but they were low quality galvanized, so grade 5 at best, at $3 plus apiece, called M&M bolt they them for 76 cents each and nice grade 8 quality, I will be staying away from there.

I like shopping here even though they are not the closest parts store to me, and they don't offer good citizens discount. But they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will always eager to help and engage.

I purchased a relay which ended up being the wrong size, as in would not fit. I took it back to request a refund for the item that was unused but had an opened package. The associate stated that it was against their policy to take opened electronics back. I said I understood and then he associate volunteered that he would ask the manager for me. The manager can over and I stated the same thing I told he clerk; I purchased this, opened this, it was the wrong size so I brought it back. The manager took a look at the plug and told me that I had plugged it in and that he could tell from he markings on the electrodes. I explained further that there is no physical spot in my vehicle that this could be plugged in. He ended up processing the return but the insinuation that was made that I was a liar was very much not appreciated. I am a manager at a retail environment where returns happen frequently as well and if a return is against policy that is all that needs to be stated. Pointed out that you think a customer is a liar whether it's true or not is not how you earn repeat business. I will take my business elsewhere because of this transaction. Again the return ended up being processed but I left the business feeling like a delinquent which is not how any business should make there customers feel.
