I’ve also been on the other side of things with a van that had to be totaled. Kolton took the time to walk me through the process, explain my options, and make sure I understood why the decision was made.

Clearwater Collision & Towing was really amazing to work with every step of the way returning our hail damaged golf ball looking car back to its original condition. Five Stars because I'm super impressed with my entire experience with Clearwater Collision Center. I initially spoke with Kolton. He did the inspection and prepared the repair estimate. The estimate was less expensive than other places I'd gotten estimates from, and the repair inspection was more thorough as I had let Kolton know that this repair was being settled out of pocket. He was very thorough in looking for and assessing the damages so there were no "surprises" later with undiscovered damage once they stated doing the work. Kolton was very forthcoming and excellent in explaining the process and the options I had for the repairs, as well as answering my questions. My car was in the shop for a total of 9 days (replaced the front bumper, both headlamps, one fender liner, and straighten and reposition the front passenger side quarter panel, and painted parts and blended to match) These guys really went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with their work. It tookabout the more days than I was expecting, and when I let their secretary know that I wouldn't be able to pick my car up for a few more days due to this, she asked if I would be ok with having my car delivered to me. She made arrangements so I wouldn't have to wait another week to be able to pick it up. Talk about top notch service on all levels! Everyone I spoke with at Clearwater Collision Center was very professional and genuiney caring. My car now looks like it was never damage, and they even washed and waxed it before I got it back. They really went the extra mile for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone on need of top quality collision repair services!!
Clearwater Collision is a top notch, honest collision repair company. My niece borrowed our car while hers when in the shop and she slid into a post which dented our rear quarter panel. Kolton looked at it and told us that the car had been damaged before and that the previous shop did a bad bondo job instead of fixing it. We got an estimate for the damage at two other shops and Kolton and his guys were able to fix it for over $2000 less than the other guys AND my car is fixed properly now! Thank you!!
Would never recommend. I had my bumper worked on here, and they did a terrible job. The paint started coming off shortly after. When I went back, they tried to blame it on rock chips. I got a second opinion, and the other shop told me the paint was peeling because they didn’t prime it properly in the first place. Poor workmanship and no accountability

I took my Kia optima there after an attempted theft. My car had a broken window and the ignition was broken it took them about a week to repair everything they even tinted my window and detailed the inside and out of my car I’m extremely grateful for this as i thought i was going to have to pay someone else to tint the window and detail the car highly recommend these extremely sweet and helpful people to fix your car !
So happy with Clearwater Collision! They walked me thru the whole process of getting an estimate for my car insurance after i was involved in a hit and run. They answered all my questions. Kolton especially was absolutely great to work with! I'll definitely be coming back if I need this type of service again! Would give 6 stars if i could!
Called for an after hours tow. Came out quickly(in the dark and cold) helped us out of a jam and had a great attitude. Was knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend!
I got an estimate somewhere else. Their estimate was 900 to 1k less. My insurance suggested them. It took less than a week. The job was done earlier than expected. It looks perfect. I can’t be happier. They are the best.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was rear ended a couple months ago. Took my car for an estimate and everyone was super nice my husband said let’s go with them. Then the lies started we will get you in ASAP well ASAP turned into 2 months and then their estimate was not correct at all as I understand that happens when you get into a job. However they then tried to over estimate the repairs and quadrupled my time from a promised week to 5 weeks. Had a knowledgeable family member push for another look and found that oops not so bad but still 3 weeks to fix instead of the promised week. I regret going with this place and wish I had looked around more for an HONEST company. Oh and when you call to find anything out no one returns the calls. Nice way to do business. If you are thinking of going with this company please reconsider.
I am very upset with the service they provided for my Kia Soul. When I started working with them, I felt like they were very nice and were explaining things like charges and what work was required very clearly. However when I got my car back it was in a much worse condition than they originally promised. They charged me to retool the key with a new ignition switch but then when I picked up the car they eventually figured out that I now need a key for the door and another new key for the ignition. When I spoke to Kolton on the phone he told me that would not be an issue (and why I was receiving the charge). The automatic door locks that I had installed somewhere else now no longer work which is quite frustrating . In their defense, I’m not sure how much I can blame them for breaking a system that is not factory installed. In addition, the steering wheel now sits at about a 30 degree angle to the left when the car is driving straight. Inside my car everything is covered in dust and it looks like they sprayed oil all over the main console. Normally I’d be fine with a bit of a mess but it’s just one more thing. They were very nice to work with on the phone but as it stands, I would not recommend the work they provided.
Follow up: I went back and told them all the issues and they said they'd take care of it. They gave me a loaner car for a week and worked on the issues. They fixed the steering wheel and controls (did not look at the auto unlock system because reasons). Then unfortunately a few days later I realized the wipers just don't work now. So that's twice now that I've gone in for them to fix something and left with something else broken.
Kolton went above and beyond in helping me deal with insurance. One of my work vans got totaled. Kolton made sure, I got what the van was actually worth. As a small business owner, that was a huge help so I can continue to get back on the road. Highly recommend them. Thank you!
Kolton was able to fit me in between jobs. A semi hit my parked truck and they were able to get the parts prior to my truck being dropped off which saved time. Customer service was top notch which is very difficult to find thesedays. I recommend this company and although I hope not to have to use them again, I will use them again if I need assistance.
I definitely recommend Clearwater Collision & Towing. Heather is the one who took over my mess I was in from a boat trailer I bought with some inconsistent information on the affidavit of abandonment form. I came in, explained all my concerns and issues with it. She heard my frustrations, confusion and assured me she will help me figure it out. Not only was she quick, used her resources, knowledge and friendly and is the most understanding person considering the stressful situation I was in. This is the absolute best body shop I have ever worked with. Friendly, professional, courteous and very detail oriented. These guys really care about you as a person and take the very best care of your car. They really go above and beyond the basic repairs.
I would recommend Clearwater collision to anyone. I have used them for a few insurance claims. Even a year after one repair, a letter came off of my dodge emblems, they found the part and replaced it for free.
I was upset when a friend backed into my car a few weeks ago, but it ment that I would be able to take my car back to the best in the industry. Seriously, this shop could and should teach classes on how to treat customers and their cars. I could not be happier that my car got smashed!
My car overheated today and I was stranded in Connell, about 25 minutes outside of the Tri Cities area, and about an hour and a half away from my home. My car insurance hooked me up with these guys and I had such a wonderful experience! I waited quite a long time due to all the hoops AAA made me jump through but once the choice was made on the tow company, Clearwater Collision was wonderful at keeping me updated on the ETA. One of their tow truck drivers showed up as scheduled and quickly asked what was wrong with my car. I explained what had happened and he said, “Well, hold on, let me see if I can fix this before we even go anywhere.” You’ll never believe it but he was able to get my car moving without the need of a tow and it saved me $327! Now if that’s not unselfish and honest, I don’t know what is! He even followed up an hour and a half later to make sure I made it home safely. My favorite line of his, “Don’t worry ma’am, we just want to make sure we’re helping people.” Swoon. I definitely recommend this company! What an awesome help this was. Thank you Clearwater Collision, and thank you Tanner! And what impeccable manners — if you have the option, ask for Tanner!
My first experience at Clearwater Collision and these guys really go above and beyond what is necessary! They uncovered some seriously negligent, poor quality work on my truck, previously done by another autobody shop.
Not only did Kolton do the repair work for cost of parts, he spent a couple hours of his own personal time going through all the very detailed before and after pictures of the work they had done, even showing me the physical parts they had replaced from the sketchy "repairs" previously done to my truck.
Clearwater Collision showed me a rare level of integrity, honesty, and quality you don't often see in any business, autobody or otherwise.
My new car was near totalled a couple years ago; this place did the repairs with a lifetime warranty. I have had to take my car back several times since the repairs for couple of reasons. My headlights came back all wonky and out of place. Had Toyota and Clearwater adjust them a few tries it took and it's still not new. I have a piece of rubber missing on the passenger side window. When I am on highways or if it's windy it's quite noisy inside. Nice people and they seem to want to help but man my brand new car just isn't the same.
I had my jeep left rear fender repaired at this location. I was very satisfied with the help that I got from Gaspar. He found out why my fender came off and came up with the solution on getting it fixed. They were able to schedule me that same day and fix it within a few hours. They charged me only for the labor and I was able to save some money from the parts I bought from the jeep dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from this company. My vehicle was initially appraised for damage by my insurer and Clearwater Collision began to work on the repairs. As their mechanic began working on my Focus, they found that the damage was much more extensive than the original estimate. They worked hand in hand with my insurance to ensure that all of the damages they found were covered and they kept me in the loop during the whole process. They impressed me further when I reached the 30 day limit for my rental vehicle. They personally put me into another rental, covering the entire cost until I was back in my car. This company operates with such a high level of integrity and care for their customers.
The rear of our car was badly damaged and we took the car to Clearwater because they had the local Geico agent on site. They did an excellent job of repairing the car and delivered it to us ahead of schedule. They treated us very well and had great customer service. We stopped at the shop a number of times and they always remembered us and knew the status of the car immediately. Repaired to perfection and they promise a lifetime warranty.
