Best towing company of all time, not only did they get my equipment to my site in a timely manner they were able to navigate some challenging terrain and angles to do so. Everyone I spoke to had incredible customer service and I felt highly respected. Transparent pricing was a plus, Highly recommended

My daughter's car was towed here. Took multiple calls to reach someone. The guy who answered the phone was friendly enough, but they charged $760 for a car they had about 8 hours because it was the weekend. Predatory business practices if you ask me. They realize you're at their mercy, so they milk you for all they can. Would never willingly do business with them.
The crew came promptly and were very polite and assuring in a scary situation for me. And they let me ride in their truck to the service shop. Great service!
Reserved a 15’ U-haul for 9:00AM, went to pick it up from A&E @ 9:38AM. Door was locked at business so I knocked on the door. A woman that opened the door and asked if she could help us. I told her I was there to pick up my U-Haul rental and she proceeded to tell me that they had cancelled my reservation. They hadn’t contacted me before cancelling my reservation. I went up the street to ABC Mini Storage and they happily rented a 15’ truck to me. It was a blessing to have great customer service after A&E was terrible.
This place is great! No, they are not super cheap nor do they work for free, but who does, I sure don't! A & E towing were very helpful, cordial, professional, and very reasonably priced. They are open 24 x 7, any and all holidays and/or emergencies. On a Saturday of a holiday weekend they were able to tow my car to a mechanic of my choice without me being present and took my payment over the phone, parked it in a spot very easy for the mechanic to get to, and notified me when the work was complete, the driver, and a little later the dispatcher as well. I will be using this towing company again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any towing help or needs taken care of.
U-Haul was rented without items we paid for, had a damaged tire, and the hitch was in need of service. It should not take nearly 1500 lbs of pressure to activate the e-break. The equipment they rented us was a death trap and nearly killed us, as well caused us to be behind on the move, a virtually useless trailer with a multitude of safety issues. They also did not inspect or hook the trailer, as per U-Haul policy, they just pointed at it, had us sign and hook up ourselves. Dangerous business; they need U-Haul training before they are allowed to rent U-Haul products and services.
We were in town recently in support of a major local event. Upon departing my large boat trailer lost an entire wheel. Yea, lousy way to conclude a great event. Made a TON of calls to local tow companies. I mean EVERYONE on the google list. A&E was THE ONLY SHOW in the Tri Cities area to make it happen. Had to wait a long time, ONLY because their heavy rig was out of the area. Once close by, they called me, coordinated pick up, and expertly handled my disabled boat/trailer. Their experience/knowledge of handling large loads on their gigantic flat bed was superior. Thier rig will lower flush to the ground. They saved our day! HIGHLY recommend their services.

Our trailer broke down on i-84, and progressive was worthless to work with. They tried to find someone for 9 hours and called over 40 vendors to tow our 29ft trailer. I finally gave up on them and called these guys and they were out the door in 45 minutes! Did a great job getting the trailer back to me even with three flat tires and a broken leaf springs. Super nice guys!
Great company needed my camper trailer towed had two broken leaf springs in Roosevelt was called 40 companies no one could help me called A&E they asked me to send them pictures too see if they could called me back told me it wouldn't be a problem got me back home to tri-cities would recommend them to my friends and family anytime.
Out standing service, I broke Down 35 outside of town with my family in december, they showed up in a timely manor with a large enough truck to bring my truck and my family of 5 back to town. Very impressed

I needed a box truck towed on a Saturday. I called RAD Towing and they said they couldn't do it until Monday. Then I called Clearwater Collision and got no answer. Then I called A&E Towing and they picked up the phone on the first few rings gave me a price and told me a time they could be there. They arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time which I thought was pretty good for a tow truck service honestly. They towed me to my destination without any issues and the final bill actually came in a few dollars less than what they quoted me. Good guys. I got talking with them a little after and found out that it's a family based business too which I can appreciate. Apparently it was the mom who picked up the phone and the dad and son who came to tow the vehicle. I don't know a whole lot about mechanics but I could tell that when they set me up to get towed that they went the extra mile to set it up right so it wouldn't hurt my vehicle too. I highly recommend them. As a business owner I recognize a good business when I see one and I would recommend these guys to my closet friends and family or anyone else for that matter.
Im shocked to find there is only one review on google...Hmmm? This is the company that works with the police department. If you want to support unethical business practices, by all means enjoy the bending over you will do for A & E. My partner's car was impounded starting Friday night. We called on Sat and Sun and there was no answer, so we went in on Monday. We told them we tried to pick it up and they sneered and said "hey that's the towing business." The owner was standing right there and couldn't look me in the eye. What a sleaze ball. He wouldn't even look me in the eye until I asked him to, and asked if he felt that this was fair business practice. He said "What's fair is if you give us the $270 and we give you your car." They made me feel diminished as a woman...this is clearly a crooks and boys club. Unacceptable.
