If I could give 0 stars I would, there was an older guy that scammed me saying that he sent the invoice of how much the towing was to my insurance and said that they would only cover 200 out of the 400 and then told me that he would call someone to see how much they would give me to scrap my car and he said that they were giving me around 100 so I would have to pay out of pocket the other 100. But he was gonna be "nice" and he was just gonna let it be and that I didn’t have to pay if I gave him the title of the car. I was dumb and I did just to find out through my claim that my insurance did pay them the whole amount which was 400! That was devastating to know I loved that car and to get scammed at my lowest was sad I was pregnant had just lost my car and didn’t have to buy another one.
Kelsey was amazing! She answered and came to pick up and tow my car. Was very clear and flexible with drop off location. Very professional and made my life very easy. She took care of everything and allowed me to go on with my day. Thank you!

My car’s battery completely shut off and my car insurance app locked me out and I couldn’t get a hold of any roadside assistance on the phone.
I did a quick Google search and hoped for the best. I gave a quick call and Bill responded quickly and was very professional. A truck was sent to me 30 minutes later.
Kelsey did an amazing job getting my dead car that was stuck in the snow out and unto the truck. The car couldn’t be turned on and put in neutral, so the tires weren’t moving. She was very patient and got my car all the way to the mechanic in under an hour. I’d recommend Ken’s services to anyone.
My husband's car unexpectedly broke down on the way home from the Hanford site so it was still way out at some random roundabout miles away from any landmark with an actual address. My husband had to abandon the car in order to get a ride home from a work friend. I called Ken's the next morning and explained that it would be a solid 40-50 minute drive from there to our house in Kennewick and that it was way out towards Hanford. They were super nice, used my verbal description to immediately figure out where the car was on a map, and had the car at our house within a couple of hours! I had initially told them to drop it off in our driveway, but then had to call back last minute and ask if they could actually put it on the side of the street so my husband could work on it more easily (our driveway is sloped). He said no problem, I'll let the driver know, and sure enough, that's where they put it! Great service, I loved working with them and they will be the first place I call if we ever need another tow! I appreciate that Ken's auto rescue acknowledged the damage to the front and rear end of my vehicle and have agreed to cover the cost for repairs. For anyone having a vehicle towed by any company, word to the wise - ask for a copy of the pre-towing report and images.
The most overpriced tow company in the tri cities...i had my car literally towed from the Benton PUD building to just down the street less than a 4 min drive from my house...total cost 108 dollars for a simple pick up and drop like why the heck is it over 100 dollars for that simple tow..i would understand if it was miles out but it was in town in kennewick and still I got charged way way way to much for simple tow..i will NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT KENS AUTO RESCUSE NEXT TIME MY CAR IS STUCK...STRAIGHT ROBBERY
Edit 2:This company is so professional that they respond to complaints from customers that have paid...then blast all over the internet the payment didn't go through at first which Isn't anyone business how or who paid for what...but if they feel they can blast customer info around then you as a customer should take that into consideration of how professional they are... If you want a professional tow service and you don't want your money just swiped from under you, for once again a simple grab and drop then DONT PICK THEM...btw this is coming from a customer that has never used them besides one time. That is definitely the last..
I needed immediate help with my car on holiday when other company is off, and a guy name Brian answered my phone call right away and helped out with my issue within 1hour after my call. His customer service is excellent, very friendly and I’m really appreciate his professional work performance. I’ll strongly recommend to all Ken’s auto rescue service is the best.
Car broke down at 1040 pm on a Wednesday night. Called Ken's Auto Rescue and they were there within 30 minutes. The price was great compared to other companies i called. The driver was great at his job and very professional. He efficiently navigated the tight roads of my housing area and was able to get my car dropped off in my driveway. Thanks guys!!!
Your mileage may very but Ken's Auto Rescue did not move a vehicle for me and kept making excuses for 5 days in a row before I finally ended up using another company. If you don't have the capability or the willingness to move something just say no rather than string me along.

I do have a message chain from your driver stating otherwise about moving motorhomes and clearly stated it is free rolling, no airing up of tires. If you would like I could post up the text conversation between Mike and myself. He made the excuse your truck was down multiple days in a row. If you guys can't tow a motorhome just be upfront about it in the first place. Good thing about technology is I have the message chain between Mike and I, along with call history.
Locked my keys in the trunk of my car for the first time so I called and they came to me within good time and were super nice about getting my information and unlocking my car. Will be doing business with them again if need be.(but hopefully not)
I've used them a couple times and they are very respectful and very safe with your vehicle they got my truck to the shop safe and sound each time. They are very responsive and are there when they say they will be I'll definitely be using them that's for sure
I was stressed out about the cost of towing my vehicle. The engine went out and i was advised it would be better to get a different car then repair it, so i had to move my vehicle back to my house. called them for a quote at around 1:30pm, they gave me a great price so was going to schedule my vehicle be towed from the auto repair shop in Richland to my house in Pasco and i expected a wait of a day or more. i was able to pay over the phone and I was surprised when they told me they could do it today. Around an hour later my vehicle was at my house and they left it just where i had asked them too. I will definitely use Ken's services again.
Had a great first time experience with these guys. Mike showed up quick and rather than just loading up the car, he gave me advice on what to do to solve the issue even if it meant making less money for them. He saved me hundreds of dollars and I really can’t thank him enough. I know who I will call and recommend next time there’s a need! Thanks again Mike

Ken’s Auto Rescue was the only vehicle locksmith service that was willing to help us during our little emergency. We called several companies before them that kept saying no but Ken’s didn’t hesitate to help. They were there within 20 minutes of the call, worked fast and professionally, and were so friendly. Will definitely use them again and will refer to friends and family.
Mike came and picked up my car in less than 30 minutes! He was great!!! I can't express enough how much I appreciate the service provided even though it was after 5pm. I hope he gets this message because he deserves props!! Thank you again! Your team rocks!

I was locked out of my truck, waiting for a different company to come help me. She mentioned 15 min est time to come help me and I ended up waiting an hr and 30min for this other company. Then Ken's towing rescue truck pulled up and I asked if he could help me and without hesitation said absolutely. He ended up getting my door open in 3min! Thank you for your kind heart and helping me out.
I got stuck in the snow and called AAA. They said it would be at least 24 hours. I looked on line and called Ken's. He was reroute to another call and arrived in 10 minutes and winched us out. He was kind, professional and honest. His rate was so reasonable that even AAA was impressed who then reimbursed me in full for the charges. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ken for coming to our rescue.
We worked with Mike. We have a 1990 f350 1 ton and they hauled it to house for us. This guy was awesome. Talked to our son and walked him through scenarios that could be wrong with the pickup. Cheapest in town and wonderful to deal with.
There are many great people that work here! I personally dealt with Bill today, and he was very respectful and as helpful as can be! Very glad this lot is where my truck ended up. A huge thanks to Ken’s Auto Rescue!
