Very poor customer service! Went in to see if a starter could be tested - they said yes bring it in, so went out and carried it in - they kept putting me on the back burner and took care of 4 customers that came in the door behind me and left me standing there - took my starter and left - WILL NOT be back
Easton is more than a role model employee. I would give him a 6 star review if I could.
After working an 13 hour day out of town, my truck broke down in his parking lot. He did everything he could and more.

Had to have the codes read on my car, had no idea what they meant and the gentleman was super helpful in explaining it to me. They were kind and the place was clean. Just looks like a regular small town Napa.
My dad had come into to get a battery here for his car. He gave them the correct information for the make, model, and year and received the wrong battery. When coming back to return the battery (which is brand new and never was placed in his car) to swap out for the correct one they said they would not return it because as soon as it leaves the shop it is used. So I have to go to another Nappa a hour away to return and get the correct one.
In Lind visiting family and drove 30 min just to Ritzville for oil and a filter for a simple oil change, was told by Rob that they were out of my oil filter for my 2002 rsx type s which I understand in a small town however I was referred to les Schwab, but before leaving I asked to have a filter sent in because I was told they could have it by morning they said they would order some for stock and have it for me the next day, les Schwab did not have one either. I'm glad I called right before going another 30 min of driving to find out they didn't order any and he said most they could do was get me one the next day again. Terrible service received that's forsure and I've now learned they have done this before to other customers from the locals I've been around lately. Wouldn't recommend them ever. Not business oriented at all.
