I needed a rim for my 2014 Sentra. I was referred to English Motors and he had what I needed. He was VERY polite, helpful, and the price he charged was in line with other businesses I called. A new factory rim from the dealer was $405 and he charged me $125. He even let me pay in advance and he put it off to the side for me so I could pick it up after work. I will definitely use this company again if I need parts!
We had a severly bent rim. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate the customer. If you need a part English Motors will deliver. A plus on customer service.

They pull motors our of cars in their junk yard that have been sitting back there for years and sell them "as is." You are better off buying one from somewhere that has a warranty. $1200 down the drain.
I had called 8 different places here in the Hampton area and no one would take the time to check and see if the part they had would match mine. Kevin took the time to look and make sure he had it and sent pics. Got a great deal on my driveshaft would definitely recommend to anyone needing and parts. Great service and prices
Do not try to buy anything for less than a $100 from this people. Maybe they should place a banner at their door stating just that. When they think is not worth a trip to the yard to seek for a part, even as they don’t know what you’re looking for, they say it’s going to cost you at least $100 so buzz off. Never been treated more rude in my life from a business. Wish them well, but this customer is never stopping by this place for used auto parts. Also, beware of anyone who refers you to these folks like I was, least of all think you’ll be treated like a buying customer.
We own a shop and needed a certain part for a 94 thunderbird which is practically impossible to find. When I called this company and spoke with Kevin he was absolutely amazing. Even though there was not one on his lot he went out of his way to find one for me. He called me the next day with one he had found and the prices! YOU ROCK KEVIN!!!
worst costumer service. sold faulty parts. Ralph English is the owner, and went back on his word multiple times. never buying from them again. Tried calling multiple times, giving me the run around.
First time visiting this place and I got good service.. even got a great part that’s in good condition even gave me the connector for my part for free for the misunderstanding.. just want to say thank you Kevin and the rest of his English motor staff..
Very rude customer service, I went there to buy a headlight for my car. They’re price very expensive more than what the dealership asked for , I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Bought transmission for 2005 BMW 530 from this place. BMW mechanic installed it for me. Trany was bad. Had to buy another one from different place and pay for replacement again. Car drives perfect now. Then took bad trany back to English motors to return it and guess what. They said trany was good and not gonna take it back. So I'm stuck with it. Wouldn't recommend anyone have business whith this guys.
I think one star is way too much for them. ZERO is all they deserving.
These people are VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE A PLUS! Regardless of how a persons day is still be nice to a customers because they are the ones giving you business

I want here to buy an ECU for a beetle. They had the part listed on their website as available and in "Grade A" condition. When i called to inquire about it, they told me they needed to check and make sure it "survived". They finally called me back after a few hours and told me their "guy" couldn't find where the ECU was located in the car, and wanted to know if i could come show him where it was. I finally managed to find the time to get there, and i arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. The guy up front told me that i was too late and to ask the other guy, after waiting for about 5 minutes for him to come in, he tells me that its too late today and i have to come back tomorrow. Keep in mind that they still do not close for 5 more minutes. I explained to them where the ECU was located and they said they'd check it and call me tomorrow. After waiting all day for them to call, i called them. They told me they haven't got around to checking for it yet and to call back in 15 minutes. So i called back an hour later and he said that 2 guys called in sick so they don't know if theyll be able to get to it. So basically to summarize it, i was refused service for coming in 5 minutes before they close after i was told to come in because their guy couldn't locate a part on a car. Then i was basically told to go screw myself. Worst service i've ever had in my life.
