This company is an absolute scam and a nightmare to deal with! My mom spent her hard-earned money to buy me a transmission from them, and from the moment we got it, it didn’t even work. It was completely broken and useless. When we reached out to them, not only did they refuse to give us a refund, but they acted like it was somehow our fault! Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We trusted them, thinking we were dealing with an honest business, but instead, we got scammed out of our money. Now we’re stuck with a broken transmission and no help or accountability from them whatsoever. It’s disgusting how they treat people—taking advantage of customers and refusing to make things right. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Please save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and NEVER buy anything from this company!
Purchased a transmission from Lori for $1400. Ot arrived with a chunk missing out of the bell housing. When we called them to take it back she said nothing was wrong with how it performs. I asked her what am I supposed to tell the customer. She said the customer would never know it. That’s not how we do business. She still charged me 20% restocking fee.
This place found the parts I needed at another one of their locations. They got them delivered fast (within a few hours) and treated me very fairly on price. I would definitely do business with them again!
Had the most amazing time here! They have plenty of inventory to get parts from. The staff is extremely friendly and prices are great! They even helped load the doors for my project car. Very happy I found this place thank you

Wow! The best place for used parts. I called about a part for a fiat 500, the woman who answered said let me go look and I will call you back. Within 5 minutes she called back and she had the part pulled and waiting for me when I got there. Great people. Very helpful.
Placed an order was told rims were NEW... received pictures and there were a lot of shadows but rims looked clean.. received rims and had BLACK over spray all over the inside of the rims on the area where the SHADOWS were.. Horrible waste of money since I would be taking a step backwards putting them on my car.. Company offered me to send them back on my dime.. Company is a scam stay away... I will be contacting the general attorney's off to file a complaint.
i bought a transmission and we had warranty on it for 3 months and he would extend the check out date to see the transmission issue then when the warranty expires he would say there's nothing we can do. He tried to take as long as he could just to tell me we have nothing we can do and i spent more than 1,300$ I would never recommend this place
Quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly front desk employee. They didn't have the correct part I needed so she called local salvage locations to find it for me! Supporting other local small businesses is wonderful!
Hand-delivered by an actual employee from Yorktown Virginia in his personal vehicle to me 150 mile trip one way and back, nowhere I did not expect that, that's service, I have never experienced the like of it, incredible, impressive, excellent, big brownie point to me, what can I say, I would highly recommend using them for your used / classic automotive needs hands down
I called to sell my 04 Mitsubishi Endeavor, which 4 months prior I called them to inquire about brakes and rotors and they didn't have the vehicle or parts, now with that being said the lady said she was in NO need for my vehicle or parts and the best she could do was give me $50.....do not waste your time with this place. Lady was very rude and monotone the whole conversation. couldn't tell if she was half asleep or was just miserable at work, either way not how you talk or answer the phone!!!
Lori was absolutely pleasant and exceptional employee who understood more about cars and helped me when I drove from Richmond to there for an alternator. My alternator was different from theirs but she tried to help me find something else around there, but we weren't able to. I thanked her and left with my alternator. I highly recommend this place for parts.
Absolutely the worst in the area! Dont waste your time.The girl in the front picked up the phone with a bad attitude and talked really rude, if you think you are a princess, you should stay home, selling auto parts is too good for you.
These people may possibly be the most intellectually challenged humans on the planet. I tried to order a car part but they wont ship it. I do not know what kind of business refuses to sell a part to a buyer covering the cost of shipping and handling. Lazy ones I suppose. Wake up its 2018, shipping is a very standard practive. If you HAVE to deal with these people make sure you talk real slow, don't make direct eye contact and don't make any sudden movements, oh and use words under 5 letters.

Absolutely horrible! Customer service is terrible they wanted to argue with me over a drive time to get there??! Cussing and a terrible attitude on the phone ended up hanging up on me! Please do not go there this place is complete crap
Absolutely the best in the area! I live in Germany with the military and I needed a new rim for my 2012 Honda Accord EX. Honda Motors would not ship me one because I was overseas and had a APO box, even at the ridiculous price of $650.00 for one rim. I contacted M&J Motors and they had one in stock and they sent it to me for a total price of $190.00!! It was a factory rim identical to the one I have on my car. Trust them, they know their stuff. M&J motors saved the day for me. Thanks.
