Amber and team were incredibly responsive! They kept me informed every inch of the way, and did exactly what they said they would do. Dealing with a wrecked car can be very stressful. These people did everything they could to ease that stress!

Worst service possible. No contact whatsoever, they never came and picked up the vehicle and then blocked me on their Facebook when I tried to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO WITH ANOTHER SERVICE!
Not a great experience with this company. Scheduled to have my old Saturn picked on a Friday and no one ever showed up after multiple calls/texts to Amber. Amber texted me the next day looking to reschedule. Confirmed another pickup for the following Friday. Called and texted Amber again and was completely ignored again. Still confused as to why my calls and texts were ignored.
Quality Cores is hands down the best little scrapyard in the Hampton Roads Virginia area, I've worked at other yards so trust me these guys are actually Honest! I had 10 acres of JUNK to clear off an Estate sale, old rusty cars, electronics, appliances etc too much for me to deal with so I called Quality cores & within a couple days they hauled everything away & get this, they paid ME, I didn't pay them Thank You guys for all your hard work
Needed to sell my old car quick to avoid it being towed at my apartment complex, and Quality Cores Recycling helped ease my stress. I got a good price (considering the condition my car was in) and the process was quick and easy. So glad they came through to help!!
