Asked the guy can he help me put my windshield wipers on and he acted like it was gonna kill him. Petty much had an attitude the whole time. Then he put one on and said there you go and walked back in. I will not be going back to this location. If I could give a half star I would.
If you decide to pay a visit to this place, be sure you’re ready to visit it a few more times considering all they do is mess up on the simplest things like engine oil and a filter. I explained to them over 10 times. It is not a V6 engine, but yet they still gave me the engine oil and filter for a V6. No one Knows what they’re talking about and clearly have no experience with cars not to mention if you ever get a warranty, they will back out and say they lost the Vendor they bought the item from to avoid Replacing it. I will never go back here
I was on my way home when my radiator blew coming down the hill. I still had a little over 3 hours drive to get home. I was also towing my jeep so the truck was working pretty hard up and down the hills.
When I walked in the store the staff was very friendly and immediately came to see what the issue was.
We found the issue with the help of a very friendly local. With the assistance of the individuals working behind the counter and the man the went out of his way to spent at least 5 hours removing and reinstalling the necessary parts I was finally back on the road.
One part was not available at this store and I had to drive to another auto parts retailer to purchase. But again they did everything they could to put my mind at ease.
The entire time I was there I felt like I was just hanging out with the boys.
This store reminded me of how the world should work.... People helping people.

And if I'm perfectly honest most auto parts retailers leave me feeling irritated with the lack of communication and attention to detail. Most of my parts are ordered online for this reason.

If you want customer service from this place, do not go in the store. They will ignore you completely and only take phone calls.

Nice, clean store. Good staff, very helpful. They seem to keep a better inventory than the Clintwood location. Maybe it is because it is right off the highway also, instead of a "town use only" type of store.
Very friendly and knowledgeable employees! Price are a lil steeper on some things when compared to other auto stores BUT if you have the app there's always a code to save money by ordering online and picking up in store! Plus, I'd rather pay a buck or 2 more anyday and get

Everything I need at great prices.
Had an emergency at home with a broken part leaking motor oil on my only vehicle. Employee drove the part to my house personally to get us on the road again concerned about us. Staff is great in St Paul and Waylon is terrific, Michael is very knowledgeable
Great place to shop for parts for your car everyone that works there is nice and very helpful never had any problem getting what we needed at the time and if something was wrong we just took it back either got our refund or the right part and the guys at the st. Paul store are respectful to ladies that says a lot for the place I would definitely give them a 5 star rating!😀
We use Advanced daily up at Marshall's Alignment Shop, and they always pull through. Sometimes there are problems, but very rarely is it the employee's fault.

Get the right parts you need if you listen to the people that work there they know what they are doing. I have been shopping there since it opened always get great service I'm very happy.
We came to st. Paul for work and had a hub assembly go out in October of 2017, it came with a one year warranty and has gone out just this week (February 2018). We called to get a replacement and conveniently, they don't have our name anywhere in the system and refuse to exchange the parts. The mechanic that put it in can even vouch that he installed the part straight out of the box from Advanced. We won't use or reccomend this business from here on out.
Had everything I needed, also was very helpful in looking up the type and how much oil my vehicle used. The worker even helped me gather all that I need. Highly recommend this store.
