Picked up a used climate control panel for one of my customers and had no problems and even had a conversation about car repairs and what transmissions to stay away from. Will do business with them in future if a customer wants a used part for their car.
I had the pleasure of working with Butch from Metro on a gauge cluster I needed for my own car. Their business phone lines actually went down the day I was ordering the part and this gentleman actually called me from his own cell phone to get the order done and make sure we were good to go. I would absolutely recommend these guys even if your not local they do offer shipping, Butch was very nice to do buisness with and actually treats ya more like a friend then a customer ,for that alone I consider Metro a valuable asset for replacement parts.
Called to see about a part and gentleman said he would call us back because they had the car but unsure of the part. Waited a couple hours so we went there. They didn't have the part but he forgot to call us back.Which I get if you get busy and since this apparently is not a pick-and -pull we were unable to even look at the car to see if we might want other parts. How can you sell anything if it's a pick and pull but you don't call your customers back?
