Stay away from this people they are dishonest liars and corrupt.
I bought an engine for a 2016 Honda Odyssey that was supposed to be and great condition and only with 67.xxx miles I got an engine horrible shape with parts missing and leaking oil from everywhere plus I run the vin number and it came up that engine has over 113.xxx miles already. I call them back to to get my money back and Ben was already putting excuses until I told him I had proof that they sold me that garbage they didn’t try to fix or find a solution to the problem no even an apology.
UPDATE: Terrible the second time around. I should’ve stuck to dealing with Andrew. Ben sold me a fender that I was told was coming from South Carolina when in fact it came from a different yard that is literally 10 miles away from me. The reason we didn’t purchase the part from them originally was because they said it had been repainted and it clearly in the pictures looked like it. So I called Lew’s and got Ben on the phone. Said he could have one for me in a couple of days for $100. I agreed, paid and went to pick it up. After looking and comparing the part was the same repainted part that we didn’t want from Bruce’s, the place that’s 10 miles from us. I know this because it had Bruce’s stock number written on it as well. So not only did he lie and say it was comping from South Carolina he failed to tell me it was a repainted part. Seems very deceitful. I drove a little over an hour away just to over pay for a part I could’ve gotten for $50 instead of $100 and saved my $20 in gas. Now my only option is to drive back to them and waste more money, time and gas for a refund. Won’t be using them again. Waisted my time and money just so they could make $50, that’s pretty pathetic. Oh, he also said he didn’t know where his “supplier in South Carolina” got the part from and I find that pretty hard to believe as well because if I know where it came from from I’m pretty sure Ben knew. And after speaking with the manager he informed me that he tells his employees to lie and say it’s coming from “South Carolina “ to make it seem like a farther distance so that the customer won’t cut them out and so they can get the sale. So please before purchasing from them check car-part.com and if there isn’t pictures ask if they can send you pics before you agree to anything
Andrew was great! He was very nice, patient and helpful. Everyone there that I encountered was pleasant and friendly. The facility was clean and very welcoming. I called before I came and when I got there the part was waiting for me. It is a little over an hour away from me but I would definitely make the drive again if they have something I need. Thank you!

Why isn't this place opened o. The weekend when ppl who work are off to get parts. Not worth the trip from Richmond unless your a mechanic or off work.

It's a smaller salvage yard, but they know what they have and can quickly help you get what you need. They walked me into the yard to show me the parts (which were in good condition) and had them pulled for me within an hour. They were smart enough to know I would need all of the bolts, washers and fittings and recommended that I get them without my having to ask. The price for what I had pulled from a rear suspension was very good. They were a pleasure to work with and definitely customer oriented.
Have only the highest praise for the friendly, efficient knowledgeable service provided. Lew went out of his way to repair a punctured tire when we stopped in unexpectedly after picking up a screw in our tire on our way back to PA. It was late afternoon and his mechanics had left and he was expecting 2 rollback deliveries. He took the time to help and ask minimal in return. Bless him and may he receive our Lord’s grace of health and peace.

They did not have my part but the Gentleman that I spoke with is a very great, kind, thoughtful person!! I would recommend this salvage yard to anyone! To me they are the best at what they do! My company bought this used transmission from this company for $1200.00. Whom ever I talked to said it's a very good transmission, when I received the transmission it was dry, looks like they cleaned it pretty well didn't see any signs off leaks offcourse no transmission fluid was in it. After installing the transmission and not evening driving the vehicle we notice huge amount off transmission fluid leaking from the front pump in the transmission, so I called Lews auto back and told them hey we have a leaking transmission. I was told I would get one the following Monday that turned into Wednsday and never got a called back nothing. So I called this company back and was told maybe Thursday, now they cashed my check for $1200.00, don't want to warrant the transmission and everytime I speak to someone it's hold on. So I simply said please give me a refund or send me a new unit, the response NO, the manager said I should have looked at the receipt before installing the transmission because it said replace all seals and gaskets, now mind you this it was never the seals or gasket it was the complete transmission oil assembly. Basically a bad transmission unit. This company new this was a leaking transmission from the beginning. I will definitely not recommend anyone to this place, and will report as well to the BBB. Doing business with another business should never be done like this. In the pics below are the old transmission oil pump. And damage torque converter.
I had been trying 6 months to get a good car seat duriel made it happend they had a good seat in stock for a great price ! They had it shipped the same day and the customer service was great! Duriel did a great job . Everyone’ there is very Helpful and I would highly suggest them they are one of the top places I found in the area . Definitely worth a drive as well

Limped my truck to Lews after reading yelp reviews. My caliper broke on the way home from the beach and I was 2 hours from home. It was a Friday at 2pm and they had me back on the road that day. Great service and great employees. Highly recommend!!
Late at night coming back from a long distance trip, we could not have planned a better place to have an unscheduled breakdown. We got a hotel for the night and called them in the morning. Everyone was so nice starting with that initial phone call. They had the part in stock and installed it in a few hours with some good advice for the future.
As someone from out of town 500 miles from home and 500 miles from my destination who was broken down with a cracked wheel, they did everything they could to help me find the parts I needed. Including calling other salvage yards and coordinating for me. They gave a good rate and were honest and couldn't have been nicer. Duriel really helped make everything happen as best he could. Would absolutely recommend!
Lew and his staff very down to earth and Lew Honest man! He talk to me about the vehicle I am going to get did not do the sale pitch stuff on me. Very honest he let me look over the truck gave me a good deal. Soon I be rolling again!
After 3 times bringing my vehicle there two times on a tow truck and twice after they put a used engine in my truck it’s running just like it did. Got the job done, but I will say it was rough and seemed very rushed. After the first visit my coolant was leaking and my power steering pulley was cracked and loose, I brought it back and they put a belt on and made me pay for it. (I have the 90 day warranty they sold too thank god) then about 4 days later I’m on my way to work at 4:30 AM and it overheats on me. Had to be towed back to the shop. This, now being the third time, I told them exactly what was wrong because I had my neighbor, who is an ASE certified master technician, look at my truck before the radiator hose came off. He spotted the dirty and leaking radiator fluid and cracked pulley, I told them about it and they fixed it at no cost. I just got it back today and so far so good. To make a long story short, be very detailed in looking at your engine afterwords. I found a wrench and airplane parts in my engine bay. They’ll get the job done and for a good price but just make sure it’s done right.
