I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about Greg's Home and Auto. The staff there are incredibly friendly and truly go above and beyond to assist you with any issues you might have. It feels like a one-stop shop for those of us in Saltville, VA.
What really sets them apart from a typical hardware store is the genuine appreciation they show for your business. Their prices are reasonable and often comparable to those at big box stores, which is a bonus.
Every time I visit, I'm greeted with warmth and kindness. I can confidently say I would recommend them 10 out of 10 everytime!
They are a Stihl dealer, and they also provide propane, which is quite convenient. I remember a time when they really helped us out in a pinch when we needed to get a job done quickly—it felt like a breath of fresh air compared to driving thirty minutes to a larger store.
It’s just so nice to walk into a store and feel appreciated rather than like a burden. Their investment in helping you solve your problems makes a huge difference.
Still 5 star after all these years! So glad we have this store available. Greg, Chris, Mark and Dave are good people and good business people too. They know it's how you treat your customers that causes a business to thrive. They are competent, very professional, and go out of their way to help with problems. The store is well stocked and they're willing to order when possible. It's wonderful to have access to small engine/lawnmower repair of this quality. We are blessed to have them in this area. This is a business like small towns used to have. Just great! Thanks so much.
Awesome store , love it. Greg, chris, and Mark are cool people and help you with whatever you need, store is well put together, and that dave dude in the back is one of a kind, he can fix any mowers, chainsaws, weedeaters, and other stuff, nobody else could do it like him. Highly recommend this place. My opinion better than lowes, atleast these people don't mind helping ya.
Love having a hardware and an auto parts store just a few minutes from home….Greg and his crew are very knowledgeable and treat their customers like family.
One of the best places in the area to get everything from home, Auto, even tools. Very knowledgeable staff polite and professional. Extremely easy to work with. Had nothing but good experiences with them.
