Don’t call if you need to get pulled out of mud in semi they charge 1500$ which is ridiculous cause there’s barely any towing around area it’s just extortion
The guys were amazing, today was my first experience going to them and I called early morning to see if they had any availability to put on all 4 tires on my truck, they let me come right in and put them on for me! Highly recommend they did an outstanding job, very respectful and quick!
Stopped by to ask about putting brakes on the front of my truck and monkey, the mechanic said "bring her on in" and now I stop the ole Cummins on a 50 cent piece. These gentleman were so nice we broke down coming from PA, there were 2 other garages that would not help us! Also the nice lady that owns it, was fabulous as well! I recommend this garage to anyone’. Thank you again!

Very good people. I blew a drive tire which broke air lines on trailer. Collins came out on time. He had me fixed up and ready to roll in 2.5 hrs and that's because brake lines where a little headache but he got it.
My RV threw a fan belt shredding the fan blade which in turn destroyed the radiator and several other parts. I called a service center highly recommended by Google who responded within a couple of hours. After assessing the problem the service man told me he would return with the parts to fix my RV. Four hours later with numerous calls to the service center I was told that they could not help me. So to my good fortune I called Collins Service center in Atkins Virginia who assured me they could handle my repair. It took approximately one week to source all the parts and have a new radiator made. The guys at Collins service Center were very helpful in securing the parts and sourcing belts and other items I needed. They got me on the road as promised when they promised. I highly recommend Collins service center.
I called them on a Friday at around 4:30 pm from the Sunoco station nearby. I told them I was having difficulty with my brakes dragging in my RV, and he said he would send a guy over to me. Mike showed up within minutes, and suggested I bring it back to the shop. Both Mike and Curtis spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose/fix the problem which has been ongoing for quite some time. Although they weren't able to rectify the issue that night due to parts being unavailable in the area at that hour,they did improve it, and found an issue that had been overlooked by others.They tried their best to improve my situation on a Friday night when they should have been eating dinner, or hanging with a gal, and for that they deserve five stars in my book.
UPDATE: When I replaced the brake caliper, I noticed they forgot to put the U-clamp on that holds the rubber brake line in place (Important & Necessary) to the frame, and a fitting (that was not leaking previously) which they definitely worked on was now leaking.
If they had tested properly for leaks and told me, that would have been okay, but they did not.
I blew the motor in my 1992 7.3 while driving to Maine for work. Dean from Collins replaced the motor with a remanned Motorcraft long block. The whole experience was a nightmare. I was lied to a few times about when the truck would be done and when I finally got the truck back, about 2 weeks later and $8000.00 broker, the job was botched... Exhaust leak at the manifold, the fuel return line was pulled tight against the manifold and melted through about 100 miles later, Power steering fluid leaked because hose clamps weren't tightened, glow plug relay wasn't grounded so the truck wouldn't start in the morning, today I realized why I've had to put 2 fuel pumps in it since I got the new motor and why it was lacking power/fuel. The metal fuel line that runs from the tank to the fuel pump is smashed between the motor mounts! Yes folks, that's right... the f'in fuel line is smashed between the motor mounts. I'm working on a lawsuit to get my labor cost back and I suggest you avoid this place as long as Dean still works there.
