This is a wonderful business. They were able to help me out when I had some car trouble and had to be towed. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, but they were able to quickly rectify the situation and were very kind and efficient. I am so grateful that they were around to help me out. I'll be sure to pass along their information to my friends who live in that area should they ever find themselves needing some auto services.

They towed my lowered car when the radiator blew up. Extremely professional and treated my car with the utmost care.

Had my wife's truck towed bc the alternator went out, I applied the parking brake and left the vehicle sitting... they did not disengage the parking brake, and you cant push the ebrake pedal down. Now i have to have it seen by a shop to get the parking cables adjusted

I would not recommend. I hired them to take my car and drop it at my house. Instead they took it to there shop and put it around back. I told them I wanted it delivered to my house. Im very finky about my car. I told them I wanted it to go straight to my house. They did not put customer first then had the cops there when I picked it up. Causes i got mad and told them i have someone eles tow it the rest of the way I used Hart's towing they came fast got my car let me ride along and droped it off no bs. Very professional!!

Terrible service. avoid at all costs. The phone operator is completely unprofessional and short tempered. Waited on the side of the road for hours and was given no updates when requested. Driver was the only redeeming quality.

The guys at Edinburg Trucks were nothing short of spectacular. When my vehicle was stuck, and needed to be winched out of a tricky spot at night and in the rain, they extracted it without causing any damage whatsoever. They were prompt, professional, and absolutely excellent. I highly recommend!

My tire completely blew out while I was on 81 and I had to pull over. It was after 10:00 at night, I was by myself, and unable to drive the 2+ miles to the nearest truck stop since the rubber had completely come apart from the rim. Matt from Edinburg trucks was kind enough to meet me in his tow truck on the side of 81 and replace the tire with my spare right on site. He then helped me locate a nearby reputable body shop where I could leave my car overnight. His efficiency, sound advice, and compassion made what could have been a terrible night much more manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

Edinburgh trucks were amazing to work with. I broke down 3.5 hrs from home on a Saturday night. Matt from Edinburg trucks got in touch with one of his buddies who got me on the road again the next day on a Sunday. Matt towed my car to his buddy’s repair shop. Matt went above and beyond to get my car to the repair shop and reach out to his buddy on his own time to help me.

Matt, our tow truck driver, was so calm, and understanding of our traveling situation and breakdown on a VERY busy Sunday afternoon. He thoroughly explained our best options and made sure our Lyft driver arrived to pick all three of us up on the side of 81 before he loaded the car and transported over 30 miles away. met matt one time, was with an employee of mine and we had just drove12 hrs. to buy his used tow truck. Matt claimed to have sold over 600 used tow trucks. We spent hrs looking and test driving, we even left and came back, not one mention of the BOOM lift lowering to the ground on its own free will. One hour from home and a near miss accident ensued. The boom caught its bottom on an uneven piece of the highway. Resulting in losses of more than few thousands dollars in equipment but more importantly we could have lost our employee or any person traveling next to them. IT was a deliberate slime ball move, reminds you of the old car salesmen stories etc..growing up.. lol Matt unwilling to own up to any responsibility, and or even send us a set of wheel dollies, new or used. while his company is a multimillion-dollar company and we are a small Neiborhood garage trying to find a decent deal so we can get ahead. Edinburg Trucks was my hero today. My car had a problem on 81 and left me unable to drive and stranded on the side of the highway. I requested a tow through my insurance company and they connected me to Edinburg Trucks. I originally thought I was going to need a tow but the gentleman who arrived to tow it was actually able to repair the issue in less than 5 minutes and saved me a tow. He wouldn't even let me pay him and to that gentleman, I hope that Karma comes back to you 10 fold kind sir. If you need a tow this is the company you should call. These are people you can trust to not take advantage and give great service. 10/10 recommend

My car broke down as I was pulling into my parking space at the grocery store. I pushed my ONSTAR button and the first tow truck driver from a nearby shop came and could not hookup my car to tow it so they wanted me to leave it overnight and they would come the next day and pick it up. Well I wasn’t having that absolutely not!! I pushed my ONSTAR button again and they dispatched Edinburg Trucks. Matt called he was an hour and a half a way. When he arrived it felt like my knight in shining armor was there to rescue me. He and the young lady with him were absolutely amazing. He loaded my car and to my eyes it was gentle and careful. He maneuvered getting the tow truck and my car out of a difficult parking lot on a Sunday. I can’t express how thankful I am to Matt and the young lady with him. I would recommend Edinburg Trucks a million times over.

Our minivan had a blowout and we were four hours from home. Matt went above and beyond by calling shops to find those which had our specific tire size in stock and available to do the repairs immediately (on a Saturday). Julia – our driver – was an absolute delight to work with and talk to. These guys are fantastic to work with.

Easily the best towing company I have ever used. My vehicle had a broken suspension component and was stuck on a dirt road an hour from my home. They arranged for me to meet with Brianna who happened to be in the area of my home to get the key. They delivered the vehicle promptly a few hours later. Everybody was extremely pleasant to deal with and they really went out of their way to make it as easy as possible. Thank you!

Recently I called Edinburg Trucks/A1A Towing for a tow. Julia and another driver came. Julia was so calm and reassuring knowing that I was upset over the accident. Both tow drivers were very professional. I called to set up a time to pick up my personal items from the vehicle. When I arrived to retrieve my personal items, Julia was kind enough to assist me in removing the license plates since I had forgotten to bring tools with me. They coordinated everything with my insurance company. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle towed.

Went above and beyond to help us! Even sent his own girlfriend Julia a sweetheart of a girl to come and drive us to our rental car place since noone would come to us! Not even our insurance! Or any rental car place. Drove us to nearest airport to Avis rent a car only place open on Sunday.

Julia handled the problem with my Prius prime expertly. The 12 V battery had lost power due to a failure in one of its cells while I was on vacation in Sicily. I had no idea what was wrong with my car as it had been plugged in while I was gone. I called Toyota assistance and they dispatched Edinburg Trucks through AAA.

Julia explained the situation and jumped my car, and I went straight to the Toyota location for a new battery. She was professional and personable and gave me confidence that I could drive the car to get a new battery.

We were stuck on I81 North with two flat tires. The driver was so helpful with making sure we safe and weee taken care of by the rental company. The driver escorted me on the dark to safety so that we could exit the car and get picked up by an Uber

after delivery to sterling va tesla, looks like ET took great care of my 2019 Tesla MS that developed an out of balance battery pack & ceased operating in our hotel lot.. and was kinda boxed in & definitely totally down 4the count in every way.. I know this removal wasn't a breeze & I appreciate the evident care and professionalism taken with our vehicle while on a vacation well over 375 miles from home in Nj... TESLA OWNERS NOTES > #1).. Be sure to supply your PIN if activated, esp if you will be beyond cell towers... & #2) btw.. if your main pack throws even so much as a blip ... you're gonna need a new one... better hope you're under warranty still.. thank heaven earth & almighty God that mine still was because Tesla will think nothing of replacing your $30K battery pack.. they won't even blink.. because that's what your vehicle tells Tesla.. and that can happen for any reason at virtually any moment on any drive ...

Everyone was so kind and helpful after our accident. The you man that drove the tow truck was so friendly and arrived quickly to tow my car. The ladies at the hobby shop were also so sweet and helpful when I needed a hand with my baby and dog. The tow driver also called me later that day to make sure I was okay. I would 100% recommend them.

Edinburg Trucks wrecker service came to tow a car for me after I was in an accident in Woodstock this past Saturday night. Matt arrived very quickly and was very professional and helpful. He was very thorough and explained where he was taking the vehicle and that it would be secured to allow for the process of the insurance claim. I just went today and picked up my belongings from the car. Positive experience all the way around. Hopefully I won't need another car towed, but if I do, I will call Matt at Edinburg Trucks.
