I got in contact with the good folks at Brown & Son to deal with a car that needed towing to a dealership. They stayed contact with me regarding my tow MUCH better than my insurance company, letting me know when my car was picked up from my home and dropped off at the dealership while I was out of town on a work trip. Discovered that the inside dually on my Winnebago View was flat while camping in Salem Va. Called Brown & Son and they dispatched Mike Farrell. Mike arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and put in a new valve stem. Timely service and very knowledgeable mechanic!

Had broke down our fleet service sent this company’s road side service out to see if could be a easy fix. Mike diagnose the issue call in for a tow we chit chatted a bit very nice and personable guy. Tow operator Zach very nice and friendly loaded my truck up and drove me 35 miles to my hotel in the dead of night. Great bunch of people would highly recommend Brown&Son
