Jacob‘s garage sent out mechanics through Penske when our 26 foot truck broke down. Greg was super knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a mechanic in the area! AND he brought his dogs, which was a super bonus for me!!!! I can’t say enough about how much they (the mechanic and the dogs!) helped in a very stressful situation.

was the only towing company available during a snow storm, so grateful that they were able to come out. had my car partially slide into a ditch. however, it took a long time for a simple solution to be made. then after that, got charged ridiculous amount.
Jacob’s Garage is amazing. They stuck with me for 6 hours until 1:30 am after I had multiple challenges getting my car going. We worked together to figure it out and make it happen. Beyond that, Greg Jacobs’ story should be a book (he actually has a podcast I can’t wait to hear!) just great people doing honest high caliber work. I can’t praise them enough.
I had to call for a wrecker it was late but the ones I talked to were awesome kept me updated how how much time it would take and whe the driver showed up he was one of the nicest gentleman I’ve seen he explained to me everything n took extra care of my vehicle loading n unloading I highly recommend if u need towing call Jacob’s wrecker service they r wonderful
3:00 in the morning; 5 Hours from home; I found myself stuck on the side of the road with an engine on the verge of failing.
I called up Jacob’s Wrecker frantically and Ms. Rachel helped me make sense of my situation. I gave her the my location and the team made their way to me swiftly.
After loading my car onto the tow, Andy and Rachel helped me by troubleshooting the cause of my issue.
They informed me that the issue was that my car was low on antifreeze.
They gave me a temporary solution so I could reach the nearest supermarket (by now they were open) and fix the problem completely!
They turned my nightmare scenario into nothing more than a good story.

My family is on vacation, and wouldn't you know it, our truck broke down on the mountain. Thank the heavens it was where it was and we were able to talk to the amazing people with Jacob's Garage. They treated us like family, and I am a better person after spending time with all of them. Forever thankful for the kindness they showed my family in a very stressful time.
They were able to hook up my truck and also have another truck tow our trailer (with our toys) and our family about an hour away. They were skilled in getting both set up in a not so forgiving driveway (up a long steep hill) and even stayed to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed learning the extensive family history and all the amazing accomplishments and pleasures the family has always had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone

Me and my girlfriend crashed early this morning, I had two friends with me, this man and his daughter was so professional and considerate to us, they went above and beyond helping us. Took our 06 Ford F-250 to be repaired and everything that had been done prior that was done correctly was took off and put on backwards. Charged for parts that weren't on truck new. Took our new spark plugs out and kept them. Put old ones in. Kept it about 3 months said his mechanics got into a fight on the job so no mechanics. Truck still not running. Call and says bill over $2200.00 we paid in cash. They used their equipment to push it on a car dolly for us to bring home. When we got it home we noticed one of the tail lights was cracked. I wouldn't take my bicycle to them. He don't know anything about mechanical work or showing the customer what they paid for as new parts. Couldn't explain what was done because mechanics was in hospital, jail, fired or whatever. But we threw away a lot of money for nothing. All I saw was a broke tail light more money out of our pockets. Never ever took a vehicle to be fixed, charged outrageous and they busted tail light and send home not running on our dolly. Stay away or they will be laughing at you like they did us.
I would be ashamed to call my business a garage. Just a tow service maybe.
Excellent service. Friendly & honest people. Came out and towed my son's car tonight and gave him a great deal. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
Absolutely amazing people. Got a flat tire in the evening, called them, and with absolutely no fuss, they put my spare on and got me back on the road. Would highly recommend to anyone, they are great people.
If u need anything Mr Greg Jacobs will help with Dirt /need heavy equipment moved / if your vehicle breaks down.hes got your Back . and a really down to earth Guy .stop in and talk to him if he can't help u he will know someone that can...
Decent people, but, after a lot of unanswered calls, was told there is no storage fee on Sundays since it is one of their "busy errand days" and they "aren't in office much." Show up on Monday and was surprised by an extra $200 storage fee.
