Three occasions I've been here to buy basic automotive accessories. Items were either not in stock or not carried. So said the counter help who were surly and didn't get off their seats. I won't bother going here again.

They are always in a rush and always always disrespectful not to mention they almost always give you the wrong part then huff about it when they have to order you a new one

These guys and gals in Grottoes are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. I have an older car and Everytime I stop in they tell me what's wrong or fix it, I'm so grateful to them. IllI keep going back and spreading the word.
